Location! Ans staff is wonderful
Nothing! Everything was perfect
hotel was updated, well designed. Really pleased that they offered us beach chairs and umbrella free of charge for use at the beach, as well as a tote, cooler and towels - bravo ! Bikes were also available we just ran out of time to use them. Also appreciated the complimentary cookies, coffee and pastries, as well as premium water in our room.

The hotel is lovely. The double full bed room was tight for a family of 4. One morning around 9 am they ran out of regular coffee and did not replenish. At the end of the stay there were occupancy taxes and fees added that were not listed on booking.com, the bill is hard to figure out but believe they also overcharged us for the room.

everything! the lady from mexico city was great! and soo friendly! and the other lady not sure her name but she has glasses! awesome people!
we did ask the cleaners to clean our room and they did not .
The room was fantastic, featuring great complimentary amenities to enjoy—such as bicycles, a swimming pool, and a cozy sofa perfect for watching the sunset. The location was excellent and convenient, offering a beautiful view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist whenever we needed help
The room is rather small, so it feels quite cramped if you have a lot of belongings. The air conditioner is noisy, and the TV doesn't support Netflix or standard screen mirroring. We even downloaded the Google Cast app and purchased a VIP subscription, yet the connection remained very slow and prone to lagging
This property was outstanding. From the moment you walked in all the way down to the little details within the hotel room made it very easy to stay. I almost wanted to extend in my stay. I love the decor of the hotel rooms. The beds are very nice and so were the bathrooms. Also, the best part about everything was at the staff was very nice and helpful.
The only thing that I did not like, is that the fact that the Wi-Fi was iffy.
Enjoyed the location and being within walking distance of multiple restaurants, coffee shops, bars , etc. The beach was literally right across the street. The overall decor and vibe of this place was really cute.
Cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. The idea and decor is so cute however like others have said there is obvious wear and tear. Dirty walls, sticky floors, stained/dirty flooring in the bathroom area. It was also very small and cramped (which multiple reviews stated). I wouldn’t recommend bringing many bags/suitcases. Parking is also iffy. $30 a night but no guarantee that you will be able to park in the lot at the end of the day. At one point we had to park on the street with metered parking which is kind of annoying after paying for onsite parking. We also had a very strange, bizarre, and unsettling situation happen our first night there with one of the other guests staying there. Sonder was prompt in handling it which I appreciate and it was quickly resolved but it is a con of not having onsite staff there 24/7. Also, apparently there is some sort of “glitch” when booking through booking.com with this property. Or at least that’s what I was told. I selected “pay at property” when I initially booked and ended up having the entire cost charged right away, which was fine. But then about 2 weeks later I was refunded that same amount. When I called to clarify before our trip, they went ahead and charged me the total amount again plus a $100 incidental fee. I confirmed multiple times that there would be no additional charges upon check in (because I was already paying for the incidental fee) but sure enough on the day of check in I was charged ANOTHER $100. I reached out to Sonder, got a little push back, but eventually they refunded me the second incidental fee and were kind and apologetic. Just a lot of back and forth and stress.

Anzahl Kofferverstaumöglichkeit leider sehr begrenzt und eher klein, da es sich um eine Art Schliessfach handelt.
Info: Wer ausschliessich Pool-Ferien machen will, wird hier wahrscheinlich nicht glücklich, da es nur zwei Schirme und keine Liegestühle hat. Normale Stühle sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Very comfortable bed and very clean. Great shower. Staff was helpful, but had to wait for a while before I could speak with anyone.
It was very difficult to get internet. And waiting for someone to help was a little frustrating. Suggestions…your password is confusing as a lower case L is similar to a capital I.
Also, the neighboring guests were very loud.
