Pros:

I loved the atmosphere, and it was close to everything.

Cons:

There was a lot of loud people in the hallways at a late hour, and the people in the room next to us were banging around very late.

Overall good experience. If the shower heads were changed it would be much better
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable and clean

Cons:

The shower head in the bathroom is tiny making it uncomfortably cold while showering because it’s such a small stream of water.

Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение. Хороший кондиционер.

Cons:

Персонал, который убирает номера очень недружелюбный и не приветливый. С ними вообще не хочется пересекаться. Убирали номера они очень плохо. Максимум, что делали, это выносили мусор и меняли полотенца.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel, lovely accommodations, friendly staff

Cons:

I didn't like while we were checking in there was an upset guest at the next desk loudly complaining, I could barely hear my reception lady talk to me.
Might be a good idea to have a place to step aside to deal with issues, upset guests.

It was awesome and we will be staying there every time we come up to visit our families.
Pros:

I loved everything about it. Having all the stores at walking distance, lots of dining options, the fluffy bed and pillows, the gym, proximity to our family’s home, elegant yet casual place. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the very loud singing at the rooftop restaurant where you couldn’t talk. We will be staying at the Artisan every time we go visit our families.

We take our annual ladies trip and Christmas shop and stay at this facility. So convenient and full of Christmas charm

Cons:

We were woken up by room service without even a knock on our door!! All night there was noise of moving furniture downstairs somewhere in the hotel. We also ate at the restaurant and they completely forgot our appetizers!! Not a very pleasant stay for the $$$
