Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the staff did not seem interested in addressing guests' concerns. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made our stay very uncomfortable.

Another issue was the check-in and check-out policy. Even when paying for a one-night stay, guests are not able to remain at the hotel for a full 24 hours. The check-in time is late, while the check-out time is early, significantly reducing the amount of time you can actually enjoy your stay.

Additionally, after checking out of the room, guests are not allowed to continue using the hotel amenities, including the pool. This was very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the stay.

Overall, between the poor customer service, malfunctioning air conditioning, limited stay time, and restrictions on using amenities after check-out, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
