Room was dirty
Coach roach leg on our towel
Hole on the top of the comforter
Hole in the ceiling
Only 1 set of towels
No shower curtain n couldn't get ine til the following morning
The hand rail in the shower was only hung on by one side
My sons door didnt close completely unless locked

The room was filthy. Toothbrush under the bedside table, holes and stains on sheets, pool had black water, trash in parking lot, no cups or trash can in the room. Floor was disgusting. So awful.

Great location, lots of parking for a trailer and staff was nice

I never have any problems or issues when I stay at the Smart Stay Inn. It is my hotel of choice.

Very affordable but also a bit sketchy with some other people outside smoking and trucks coming and going

Professional staff with clean rooms that are nice and modern. A plesant surprise and a good value for the price. Truck parking is available.

We didnt even stay there. I got lost and no one would answer the phone to help me get to the hotel.😪

Dirty room , holes and hair on the sheets , it was very bright on the window i couldn't sleep

The manager was very friendly and polite. Don't judge a book by its cover. The outside might look like it's ran down but the room was very clean. The covers were clean just stained. Other than that I would definitely stay again

I stay at Smart Stay frequently. I never have any problems and I’m never disturbed by anyone or anything in or around the property. It is my 1st choice hotel whenever I come to Lafayette.

The good: AC cold Air, Hot Water worked well.
The Bad: Poorly managed. No Coffee, Bed mattress, sheets pillow covers reused/odor. Had to pick up a room coffee machine, it had previously used coffee glued, small roaches inside.
Front desk so helpless, naive, like no issues!!!

The property is fine if you are looking to save money. But it is bare bones. No extra touches. Example, no tissues. Walls are bare. Quality is below what I expect from a 4-star facility. 4 out of 10, maybe. 4 out of 5, never.

When I arrived after a long trip, the room was dirty, infested with cockroaches, and had no hot water. I reported the issues to Expedia and requested a refund for one night so I could move to another hotel, but they denied it even after I provided photos. To make things worse, I was abruptly woken up the next morning by a loud knock a hotel staff member rudely told me to leave because they claimed the night wasn’t paid. I showed him my receipt and he left without even apologizing. Completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again.

The property was so outdated. And the ppl loitering around all nite is scary as hell

It’s much more cleaner than other hotels in the area. I stay at this hotel quite often. It’s always my first choice.
