Un elevador fuera de servicio toda la estancia, solo funcionando uno, por otro lado cuando hice mi reservacion indicaba WiFi, Parking, breakfast, etc incluido y al hacer el check in me cobraron $43.33 dlls por el parking, argumentando que ya no está incluido, recomiendo a Booking que revise su oferta para que no se engañe a la gente.
The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable, linen good and ac and wifi work well. Out the door and on the beach. Great location!
Room was a bit grubby, had something spilt up side of bed and on furniture that hadn’t been cleaned up at all. The bathroom sink seemed pretty blocked up

The elevator was broken 😢 my 85 mother had to go back to town.
Love the easy access to beach and the breakfast is excellent. Especially the omelets. Restaurant on location has great food and great prices. Would definitely stay there again

Being able to walk to the beach from our hotel is so awesome.
Only one elevator was working during our stay which made the wait times to go up and down very long. We ended up having to just take the stairs when we checked out lugging our luggage down 3 flights to avoid having to wait over 20 minutes to be able to go down the elevator
I enjoyed the location of the Hotel.
The Customer service was horrible. Under-trained receptionist and not friendly. I was not the only person complaining about the receptionist attitude. We arrived on a Sunday and we're told that the elevator was not working, but it would be fixed that day. We didn't check out until Thursday and the elevator was still not working. We had to ask for help with our luggage because they didn't have any luggage carts and we had to ask multiple times. There was also a stain on my bed, which I told him upon checking in then I went out to explore. The island came back and the stain was still there. They just remade the bed with the same sheets. I went out to explore the island again came back around 9 PM ready to go to bed and the stain was still there and had to walk all the way downstairs with the elevator not working to make them change my bed after asking three times. For the location and the tourist attraction that it gives they need to change the receptionist or properly train them to give adequate customer service. Also, the shower was clogged most of the time which I'm assuming is from all the sand.
