Not worth the money, but they tried their best ig.
Pros:

I was able to take a hot shower and wash my hair without having to deal with those little bottles. I really like the gift shop, that was another plus. The breakfast was great (food-wise).

Cons:

It's ok, but not for the price. First off, they gave me somebody else's room, that lady started acting like a Karen, like if I was going to attack her or something. Then, finally in our room, I tried connecting the room's TV to their internet, and it was just giving us issues. So our movie night was ruined since we couldn't use Netflix, Hulu, Disney, NOTHING! I couldn't even connect for mirror view. The mattresses were pretty stiff and uncomfortable, blankets were thin as well. But the breakfast room was WAY too crowded. I wanted to eat in my room because my anxiety was peaking pretty bad but you can't take your food to your room (which I don't blame them, I'm 100% sure the hotel has a valid reason). Thankfully, we found a "hidden" table by the corner, so everybody was at a distance from us. Parking is extremely complicated. Especially if you're driving a dually.

Overall stay was as expected, good.
Pros:

Breakfast, was wonderful, omelets were the best.

Cons:

during storm rain (water) came into the room by windows and balcony door. Windows n Door strips need to be added.

No me gustó que no respetan el precio de booking u otro servicio. Al llegar al lugar te cobran la diferencia en tu tarjeta. Me cobraron 120 dll. Te piden pagar deposito de 75 dlls.

No "Oceanview" from all floors
Pros:

Spent time with family.

Cons:

Being told all rooms have a view of the gulf/ocean and the room's balcony faced the other hotel. No view. Went to tell them at the desk and they said that is what you "reserved" and we are booked up. We have spent over the past year at least 12 nights here. By far this was the worst. I had to pay an extra $10 for a parking voucher for my husband's truck. Asked to check in early( 2:40 pm )and the young lady told me no not till 4pm. Came back at 3:00 and she was checking people in! Of course another lady checked me in the younger lady was standing next to her and made her take out the room I reserved and gave me another. I wonder of it was my oceanview room? I'll never know. Breakfast was fantastic as always. Housekeeping ladies very very friendly as always. A/C worked overtime and struggled to cool the room.

Pros:

Nicely kept up with. Room was close to the elevator.
