Was told when I booked this that they are service dog friendly.. little pool to right of big pool is dog friendly.. just not big pool.. I got school today saying my dag can’t swim in pool for sanitary reason .. I ok sorry..but not what I was told at booking.. I kept him out only there because ocean was crazy .. just to watch unsupervised child crap in pool… I was nice scooped it up… took my 5 lb Yorkie to room to go discuss. With management… all they said was thanks .. I’ll maintenance close the little pool for cleaning..🤦♀️.. so confused. They require I am at all times with my SVR dog.. but 3-4yr child isn’t… 3rd horrible ever… all my pees never come to San Rosa …

Pool to small for a place that evidently caters to families with tons of kids.
The location is great.
The check-in procedures for today will take about ten minutes for each person to wait. I don't know why it takes so long. In addition, although the hotel has been renovated, the doors and other interior details are still very old. The breakfast restaurant is very large and old.
The staff was friendly, the location was perfect, the place itself was very nice, the food on location (ola) was on point!
Not enough towels (ever) in the room (3 only each cleaning & there were 4 of us). The beds were worn and sunk in the middle, not enough staff (couldn't buy from the gift shop bc there was never anyone in there working).
The beach access was good
They gave us the wrong room at the beginning somebody was alrready in the room had to go back and wait for the next room it was 5 and it was bearly getting clean the restroom in the room didnt work

Beach was fine, and restaurants were perfect, meals were delicious. Very close to the beach.
I got charged twice for deposit and parking even though it was only 1 room 1 night stay. When it was time to check in I swiped my credit card and the members said it didn't go through then I used another one and now it was OK. After leaving I found out that I was charged on both cards. Calling the hotel they mentioned that they only see the payments done on the 2nd card and that the deposit is on it's way back for that one card only. On the 1st card I already have the 75USD "deposit" and the 10USD parking fee (that was paid with the second card) already posted. Hotel staff and management are not willing to help, called 5 times, only the last call the manager was available and he said he didn't find my 1st card charges anywhere on their system to my name, sent him my credit card charges evidence (including Authorization Numbers for each transaction) on email but I still got no response, the charges are to the same business name on the first card (and exact same amounts), so those authorization numbers should be anywhere on their credit card processing provider system that they need to call and ask for. This business definitely has my money. It's been close to 3 weeks since I started calling.

The location was perfect. Access from room to outside and pool area was great. Breakfast was also great with various variety.
The AC unit was very loud and made different kind of noises and my family and I couldn’t have a decent sleep.
