Rooms were clean and plenty of parking. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Your web page says there’s a restaurant, no restaurant. Says you have breakfast, no breakfast just continental. No complimentary coffee, you have to pay for it. WIFI is terrible. Thank goodness for the casino. Amazing sandwiches and great breakfast.

Very pretty area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a noisy room but had no issues being moved to another.

Cons:

Room above the automatic door is very noisy. No real breakfast to speak of. Mini muffins and mini croissants. Nothing light or remotely healthy unless you want to pay extra for it.

Usually a very convenient spot for us, but this last visit was very disappointing, and we may start staying elsewhere.
Pros:

We have stayed here several times when we travel from our home in Brookings, Oregon to the Bay Area in California. We stay the night, we fill up our gas tank at your gas station, we enjoy the foods and drinks you serve, and we entertain ourselves at your casino. Mostly, though, it is a very convenient stopover to get a restful night of sleep in order to complete our journey safely and energized.

Cons:

We were in a king sized bed room that we chose because of the comfortable chair that’s included (which is not in the lower priced Queen size beds room). Directly in the room above us, the occupants were making so much noise that I had to call the front desk twice within a short while to resolve the issue so that we could sleep in peace. Bottom line, she was unable to resolve the issue, except for offering to change our room. There’s more details I would like to share, but I would much rather speak to the front desk supervisor or hotel general manager to discuss.
