Edna: Outstanding Hospitality at the Eastgate Hotel
Pros:

I’ve been having a wonderful stay at the Eastgate Hotel, made truly exceptional by Edna, the hotel’s front desk manager. She is absolutely incredible. Whatever you need, whether it’s help within the hotel or navigating the area, she goes above and beyond with warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch that makes you feel genuinely valued. Hotels can have great rooms and amenities, but it’s people like Edna who make a stay unforgettable. She’s a gem, and the hotel will be lucky to have her for as long as she stays.

The hotel canceled the reservation despite me telling them of a late check in due to the airline’s flight cancellation.
Pros:

We weren’t given the opportunity to stay as late check in the next day because our airline canceled the flight due to maintenance problem

The best!
Pros:

It was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Seattle in many years. The front desk employee was helpful, kind and had a great personality. The rooms were clean, the beds were soft and the breakfast was done well. We had three rooms and were very pleased. The rooms were not like most in Seattle, they were affordable!

Great experience!
Pros:

Great location for my purposes- I liked being so close to Factoría mall and other shopping. The room was clean, comfy, a good price and hotel staff were very friendly. It was also very quiet, especially for being so close to multiple shopping centers and highways. I will definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location close to everything. I think the staff was probably the friendliest people I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. All of them were over the top, friendly and helpful.

Frustrating was the word of the day. . . .
Pros:

it was convenient to our other travel plans and was clean.

Cons:

There was no TV available for entire stay in EITHER room. Rooms were on separate floors at check in and we were moved to same floor finally BUT on separate parts of floor. They could not make key cards so every time we left we had to be let back into our room. . . .

Great value. Great people. Would stay again. A less expensive way to visit Issaquah.
Pros:

Bed was great. Front desk woman was really great. Many milk and alternative milk options which was great at breakfast. Parking was great in the garage with direct route to elevator / room.

Cons:

The decor is older so overall things felt old and a little stuffy. Breakfast was similar to other hotels at same price and quality of food could be healthier overall.

O serviço de pequeno almoço ainda tem margem para melhorar não na quantidade ou qualidade, mas na diversificação e reposição de produtos.
A localização é muito boa para quem como nós se deslocava com muita frequência para conhecer várias zonas ou localidades diferentes da proximidade de Seattle.

Cons:

A funcionária que nos acolheu foi um pouco antipática, quase levando à desistência no momento não fosse a hora tardia.
Este atitude foi contudo compensada pela prestação dos outros colaboradores do atendimento que se seguiram, que usaram sempre de uma simpatia, cordialidade e disponibilidade para ajudar, excepcionais. Estão de Parabéns e Obrigado para eles.

Microwave didnt work very well had the wrong sized turnntabke in it the sink and tub drained super slow like very verybslow theybwere clogged and thebparking was closed off and inlyb3 handicap spots and non handicap people were parked in the handicap spots
