Staff were rude and not happy to be at work.
Pros:

I like the location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The staff. Ms Rose was the only staff to speak when greeted, answer questions without an attitude or saying “when we get to it.” There was one bellhop that assisted with luggage on the day of arrival and pleasant, young male, I didn’t catch his name.

Good location and big room

Cons:

Long delay for hot water in the shower. Asked for this to be checked several times, not sure if it ever was and wasn’t notified by front desk if it was addressed or not during the stay. Right behind suns stadium

Pros:

We stayed there for an NBA basketball game taking place across the street (Go HEAT!). The location is very convenient. The place was clean & the staff was nice. Breakfast setup was yummy too!
