Pros:

The area, close to Chase field and walking distance to restaurants. It had a bar, the staff were very friendly and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

The mandatory valet parking for $46/night +tax. The valets made us feel very rushed, when we got there and never helped us with our bags. Also, where you park is in the opposite direction of where they take your vehicle to so they had to do a U-turn to get to the garage, one of the guys almost got hit. There is no sidewalk or walkway to get from your car to the doors, it’s an uneven gravel/dirt area and up hill, I should have taken pictures.
Then they parked my vehicle under some birds and there was bird poop all over the hood and headlight on the drivers side, the valet never even said anything.

We had a real great stay and the staff was part of this experience.
Pros:

Perfect location to downtown….all within walking distance.

The hole thing was perfect price, staff, location, just everything my family and myself will definitely be back to stay thank you .

Great location
Pros:

Love the location. Went for a concert and hotel was right across the street from venue. Was perfect. Staff was great. Bar stayed open until midnight to accommodate the guest that came back from the concert.

Cons:

Valet a little pricey. Compare to other hotels in the area.
