Frustrating and unsatisfying
Pros:

Fancy in ways that don't count or are not helpful, e.g. an electronic window shade that didn't work.

Cons:

IMPOSSIBLE parking, with valet parking the only option, no directions to the valet parking. I drove around in circles for about an hour, calling the hotel several times, then had to pay about $50 for valet parking.

Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and very well equipped. Very clean!

Cons:

The elevator kept us inside for a while. We were trying to get to the lobby and it kept sending us back and forth between floors.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the hotel location was perfect.

Cons:

When we go out of the elevator there were some transients pouring trash on the floor possibly looking for something. We felt a little nervous.. I believe they went up through the stairs .. maybe add the same elevator security feature ..

Not happy
Cons:

Room service was pathetic. No one came to clean the room even after 3 requests. 5th Day bathroom got cleaned, but not the room. No one came to change bedsheets or vacuum. Bath soaps were empty. Bought our own hand, bath soap and tissues.

If you are traveling with children it’s great value for the money, we’ve always had good luck and been happy with stays
Pros:

Proximity to airport, large, comfortable room where children can play without being directly underfoot, pleasant employees, a good selection of kid friendly snacks to purchase at the front desk

Cons:

Only issue is unloading and loading luggage at street but the valets were quick so it was fine
