Pros:

The Location was perfect, friendly staff and very clean facility. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Having a nice size fridge in the unit was perfect for the extra items I had with me.

Se for de carro fique atento para o valor do estacionamento
Pros:

O hotel em si é bem localizado para quem quer assistir a um jogo da NBA ou MLB, fica perto das principais atrações do centro de Phoenix e tem um café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Em relação as instalações eu achei um valor muito alto para o que oferece, na semana anterior ficamos em um hotel muito melhor em mesa (cidade próxima a Phoenix) por um valor bem mais acessível.
O absurdo maior, que fez a nota da minha avaliação ser baixa é ter que pagar 50 dólares em um estacionamento descoberto, que eles dizem que tem manobrista, porém não usamos em momento algum e o carro fica no tempo. Em um país em que você faz basicamente tudo de carro 50 dólares por dia estacionado é um absurdo e em momento algum isso fica bem claro antes de reservar, somente depois que você não pode mais cancelar você recebe a informação.

Good location for Diamondbacks, but have to valet car and room could be cleaner
Pros:

Location was close the Arizona Diamondbacks stadium. The breakfast was good and different foods than the usual. They had spinach bites, which were delicious.

Cons:

Having to use a valet for the car. The air conditioning was not on in my room, so it was 81 degrees when I entered and took almost all night for it to get cool. The room could have been cleaner too.

Cons:

I paid $46 for valet service and specifically advised the workers that my emergency lights were on, requesting that they turn them off once parked. Unfortunately, when it came time for checkout, the supervisor came out to inform me that the rental car was completely dead because the battery had been drained and we would need to contact road side.

While it was incredibly frustrating that my explicit instructions were ignored, I want to give major credit to the supervisor. They were very helpful, stepped up immediately, and were able to get the rental boosted and running again.

I appreciate the supervisor's quick problem-solving, but the valet team needs to pay closer attention to guest requests to avoid leaving people stranded.
