Pros:

Room size was nice & comfortable, and Front Desk was helpful.

Cons:

Bldg was noisy, and one of the elevators was on the fritz & then out of commission; breakfast hours ended too early (should be until 10:00 am).

Staff was acomadating and friendly, having a shuttle available was the best.
Pros:

Loved the pool opening at 6am. Used it daily.

Cons:

One day the pool was out of towels.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations and would stay again.
Pros:

The location was perfect with needing to fly out of the PHX area. We didn't want to stay in PHX so the location was perfect for us. There were a variety of restaurants in the area. The staff member, Brandon, I believe his name was absolutely amazing. Very friendly. Would stay again when we come back to the area.

Cons:

The breakfast options when it came to fruit was a little limited to compared to other Fairfield locations. The food that was severed was good, would have just liked a little more choice of fruit then just whole apples.

Horrible service
Pros:

Great location and great facilities

Cons:

The checkin staff were great however, when we returned late at night the desk staff were extremely rude and almost aggressive when we requested a bottle of water. We have stayed before this was not an issue. He told us to buy a bottle or use the fountain, then asked our room number and told us we were not staying at the property, then said waters were only for rewards members. We gave our rewards numbers and he still kept berating us. When I asked for a supervisors information he threatened to call security or the police.

Great! We would definitely come back again!
Pros:

The place is well located, just across the street you can find several shops and restaurants. Even so, it’s a calm area, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Clean and comfortable!

Cons:

We found the comforter to be a bit small.
