I loved the property! It was beautiful! From the view from my room to the pool area. I fell in love.
When we checked in, one of the staff recommended the Apex area. It had go-karts, bowling, a bar, large tvs with different sports playing, video games, interactive games, etc. We had a blast! You must check out when visiting.
The smoking in the casino. It is what it is. Lol!

Decided not to have breakfast because the the food day before like the pizza was not good. Overpriced terrible food. Pay extra to stay thursday night.Compared to a wednesday night, but yet amenities are not open... lame.

Rooms were great!
The rooms were pretty and spacious with a great view, I loved the ample counter space and shelving. The bathroom was big and nice as well.
I didn't like that the microwave was downstairs or that I had to scan my key every time I wanted to go back up. Also that the steakhouse was closed when we were there and our "large party of 7" 4 adults 3 kids needed a reservation, and on the hour at that for the buffet that was nearly empty when we arrived.

I made the reservation on my credit card. I was never informed by the hotel or booking.com that I needed to come to the hotel and show my id and the card used to make the reservation prior to the hotel checking in the guest.
I had contacted the hotel numerous times prior to the date of the reservation. Not once was I told I needed to come and show the cc used for the reservation.
It is also not mentioned on booking.com
We had to deal with an unprofessional supervisor upon arrival. Her name was Ty. She was insincere and unapologetic to how she dealt with my family about the problem with me having to come to the hotel to show the credit card I used to make the reservation prior to their arrival. Left two voicemails and sent a email to the hotel manager. He never responded.

The location was 5 minutes from our thanksgiving destination.
I booked this reservation for my niece.
Instead of charging my credit card for the room, they charged hers.

Had to walk through VERY smoky casino to get to non-smoking areas!!
