Omg. The only time I’ve ever seen a place this bad was on a movie where drug addicts and roaches live.

The room was not clean, tiny roaches.

I did not check in. I asked to see the room first and it was infested with bedbugs. I did not stay. Can I please get a refund? You can check with them and get confirmation of this.

Doors stay unlocked, anyone can walk in at any time of day or night. And in that area that isnt the best idea.

Inexpensive but poorly maintained. I had a non-smoking room which smelled of tobacco smoke.

The roaches was horrible I made them switch me rooms which they did accommodate. The second floor room was better but the overall cleanliness and patches was horrible do not recommend at all. Avoid if possible

The hole place stinks like exterminator spray, the tub was clogged, and all the room and bathroom was full of roaches and ants including on tup of the bed.defanily I won't recommend to any body.
I slept there 3 out of 4 nights that was paid only because they wouldn't reimburse any money back.

Bad bags everywhere

I booked non smoking room and was forced into a smoking room once I arrived past midnight. I entered a big infested room and had to switch to a lightly bug infested one. The only redeeming factor was the attendant offering to help with refund after understanding the situation.

Friendly and attentive staff.
It ain't the Ritz but it is a affordable roof and a bed in a pinch.

They had roaches, and it smelled so bad.

The staff at night was very helpful with checking in, but the room 223 was dirty with condom wrappers in the trash, bed bugs all through the bed, cockroaches on the floors and wall, and when I asked for a partial refund at most the morning person stated absolutely not, and banned me from the property for even saying anything. But Expedia helped get me half my money back as a key cash credit and I was greatful

Poor service

The hotel smelled like piss. Toilet didn’t work little to no hot water. Roaches and bugs in the room. People hanging outside. You shouldn’t have this hotel on your site. Do not stay here i was so embarrassed i only stayed one night out of 3.

Mold & cockroaches.

This hotel smelled like an ashtray the min you walked in. The room was gross, the tub was yellow, the beds felt like u were laying on springs. There was a fridge that didn’t work, t.v, and a microwave. There wasn’t a dresser or even a bar to hang clothing. The place was so terrible we didn’t even stay. They refused a refund so I decided to eat the money anyway and left. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Cockroaches we're coming out of the phone and from the bed we went to front desk and was told they would cancel the reservation and to contact Expedia for full refund and have yet to cancel our reservation making it seem like we stayed after checking in when all we did was walk into room and back out due to cockroaches

Room was near exit door that stay unlocked, property is in a little sketchy spot. Room had a a couple of roaches in it.

This place is absolutely disgusting. This building needs to be condemned. This place is filled with roaches, has bed bugs, mold and mildew. I woke up with bug bites all over. There is old food and previous people's trash under my bed. Paint chips everything about the room is falling apart. One working outlets and two working lights. The room door and the bedroom door look like it's been kicked in quite a few times. I have no idea how this hotel passes any inspection to stay open. I could see why this room was discounted. The only good thing I could say is the lady at the front desk was very pleasant to speak to. I pray that I don't need to stay at this place again.
