It was a great stay, and I would stay here again
Pros:

The room was great, as the location, and service. The young woman was very pleasant and was able to check us in at 11:30 am versus 3 pm

Cons:

The breakfast was little disappointing.

Pros:

Prima kamers. Ruim en schoon. Voor bezoek aan onze vrienden in Park Slope was dit prima uitvalsbasis.

Cons:

Ontbijt was typisch Amerikaans; hield niet over. Had er niet zoveel meer van verwacht. De ontbijtzaal was prima maar ondergronds en dus donker.

Good place to stay!
Pros:

Location was walking distance to friends home in Carol gardens. When water dispenser was broken, staff gave us bottled water complimentary. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed bandaids.

Cons:

I had to ask three times for the soap to be replenished in our room. It was empty when we arrived. Breakfast was mediocre. There was a person who was verbally offensive in the eating area, I believe he had come in off the streets. Cooks should not have to handle this, not sure who would but it was hard for my family to have food so we took it back to our room to eat.

Was dropping my daughter off at Pratt institute and was just close enough to make for a great trip.
Pros:

Was a reasonable price for a hotel in Brooklyn.

Cons:

The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges but there isn’t much you can do about that,

Very nice hotel and exceptional staff
Pros:

The hotel was clean. Staff were exceptional. Location was perfect as it was very close to the Union Street subway station. We requested for late checkout and our request was immediately accepted. Nice healthy breakfast. Gym was very basic but acceptable. Overall our experience of staying at this hotel was really good. Would definitely stay again at this hotel if I ever go back to NYC again.
