2nd time I have stayed here. All I can say is the African American and what I believe is an Indian woman (both young) are completely horrible. First time I showed up I found the Indian woman’s attitude horrible and house keeping would knock at my door at 9am and 10am checking if I left (check out is 11am) so they should have waited. Second trip (most recent 9/25 - 9/27. I was greeted by an older woman and she was kind. When I got to my room it was clean (so I thought) but no toilet paper so I had to go down and get some. First day I saw some ants by the AC I ignored it because I wasn’t bad. Second day around 3pm I noticed there were so many more ants crawling on the walls on the AC and on the bathroom sink and walls. I went to complain and was told its a common issue they’re having right now and they send a dude with a raid bottle to my room (nothing bad about the guy I spoke with him and he was a nice man) I requested a room change as I was no longer comfortable and without even checking they said no and that they were full (hotel was dead and with about 8 cars

This location is horrible! I was actually warned by another customer NOT to stay here while I was in line checking in. The young man at check in was sooo rude & said he had no idea how to check us in because we went through Expedia. He said he had no one else to help him. My check in took over 2 & a half hours. We were just sitting outside and then back in the lobby the whole time. There was a man in the parking lot trying to fight my friend & harassing us over a lighter. When we finally get the room, there is NO HOT water the WHOLE stay! And to top it off, there were ants in my room. It was the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had! Never again!
My room was not clean after a request was placed. No one at the front desk for almost one hour. Went to look for someone in the back and no one was responding and did not feel safe without anyone at the front desk.

I had confirmed booking but dtill they denied room and told me they sold out for today and didn’t have room
I don’t know hoe can you allocate room to others when you hv confirmed booking for guest and reaching out to him before allocating to someone else

Overall the staffing was really nice, the only thing I would change is that there was no hot water. I tried showering later on in the afternoon and there was none. Same thing the next morning.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean. Easy to uber around to restaurants.
This hotel had an system issue so they couldn't check us in at first and we were told to wait 30 minutes, which we were okay with, but soon enough it turned into 5 hours which resulted into us wanting a refund. When telling them, they didn't want to refund the money back, some lady told us she was going to help find available rooms by herself yet she didnt and stayed in the back. I just want to say, are they racist or not? Because me and my family are Asian and were the second ones there waiting list for our rooms, but out of everyone that were waiting and coming in they were all booked and have a room while my family and I were stuck in the lobby. All the people here were all colors of race and we were the only asians coming in. Worst experience here epscially since my family always book for Holiday Inns, had high expectation.the owner of Holidays inns need to know what happen to us tonight.
