Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming, informative and helpful. Crystal and Tammy went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable. Tammy ordered us 2 Ubers (5 adults' w/luggage)to get us to the airport at 530 am. This was paid by the hotel! I understand they have a shuttle too. I used to travel for work, and this room is what I dreamed of. Nice desk! I loved the restaurant, bar and comfortable lobby area. The hotel is on the far side of the airport.

Pros:

We did not get a bit of sleep because of the continual noise. First a football team holding a pep rally in the lobby until after 10. Then doors opening and slamming, people talking, and a couple drunks making all kinds of noise. We got up and left around 2:30am.

The bedding was very sparse, just a hospital blanket with a top sheet. The shower door wouldn’t close so water sprayed everywhere, and the gluten-free breakfast I ordered came without potatoes. When asked why, the server was too afraid the cook, who she said was her boss. It was strange and disappointing.

Nice, new hotel, close to the airport with prompt shuttle service at 4am! Hot coffee in the morning and very nice staff. Dinner was yummy at the lobby bar.

Very very noisy freeway and people in the room above us were up at 2:00 a.m. clumping around making noise, closing doors, etc. So it was very difficult to sleep.

Very friendly staff. Great area and so conveniently close to the airport, didn’t hear any planes at night which means the sound proofing is good (unless they just don’t fly that late).

The hotel has a lot of nice little touches, particularly for a travelers' hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They use Lyft for the airport shuttle which was very convenient and swift
