Excellent service. Good breakfast. Friendly attentive staff. Modern rooms. Loved being able to use phone for room key and controlling the HVAC and lights in the room. Would recommend a stay here. Close to restaurants and Lambeau Field. Walked everywhere we wanted to visit.
Greet hotel
Our stay was very welcoming!! Great guest service, very clean rooms and I even check with clorox wipes I brought from home. Breakfast was fresh and always had choices. The staff even took the time to put a birthday package together for our son and a hand written birthday card. That was pretty cool! We came to celebrate his birthday with a visit to the stadium and even had a rock star room with a perfect view of Lambeau. Our son was very excited. We choose Hampton Inn any where we go, but this location exceeded our expectations for sure, Nice Job!!! Thank You
This hotel was clean and comfortable. breakfast was okay. Service was also good. Had some trouble with door locking and someone helped us right away. We only wished there was another chair available. One of us had to sit on the bed, not the most comfortable. Would stay here again.
Total failure.
My partner and I were booked via Booking.com for a one night stay in a King Bed on Friday May 8.
We were downsized to 2 queen beds upon arrival.
The explanation was that Hilton had over booked the King rooms.Apparently it didn’t matter we had a PAID room. Nor that we don’t like queen beds.
When asked at the front desk how our paid reservation was downsized it was with the explanation that the FOM and GM made that decision. In other words we came in the door through Booking.com.
But the we were being “compensated” with a view of the stadium. Go to room 412
and look out the window and tell me what you see? I see a hundred yard of parking lots.
The next morning we found no cream or sugar for coffee in the room. We went down for breakfast and the oatmeal bucket had one scoop left. At 9am. There was one kitchen person trying to to keep up but to no avail.
Per usual protocol the FOM aka front office manager sent a text asking how was our stay.
He said he hoped it would be 5 stars. I sent him a text back, Never heard from him as of this am. Tuesday. June 13.
So he gets zero stars.
I have reached out to the general manager.
Let’s see what s/he says.
Having been a Hilton Honors member for at least 2 decades it is apparent that Hilton has lost its mojo.
We checked into the Hampton Inn around 7pm and nobody was at the front desk. After waiting a few minutes, someone came to check us in. It was a smooth check-in process.
Went to our room and it smelled stale and seemed dingy. We settled in and noticed a weird pinkish/red something was splashed on the walls and had dried running down it. The bathroom had dusty ledges & corners and some weird brown stuff caked on the corner of the bathtub. We tried to use the deadbolt to lock the door and it wouldn’t fully engage.
Took a peek at the pool area, another dingy looking space and no towels anywhere (nobody was using the pool at the time).
Addressed the issue with the front desk after another long wait (again nobody at the front desk), and they were completely sold out of double rooms. In the end, I called Expedia to see if they could help us cancel our reservation and Raul was amazing in helping us get that handled. Ended up at the Best Western and A MILLION TIMES BETTER!! Smelled clean the minute you walked in the door, bright and airy, a staffed front desk with a super friendly person with a smile.
I was told by Expedia I would be fully refunded for our experience and I woke up to another charge on my card from the Hampton Inn - seriously???
As a front desk employee of Hilton I have pretty high expectations when I check in and the guy that assisted me absolutely met all of them. My daughter and I were there for a Rascal Flatts concert and he was very welcoming and was ready to assist. I wanted to steal him over to our hotel. Very good job.
This property is close to everything. It was super convenient and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast could use some work, the food wasn’t really hot, and the options were not as vast as I thought they would be.
Front desk staff was very friendly. Very clean, and very convenient if attending an event at Lambeau or Resch Center.
Stayed here one night and it is a nice, new Hampton Inn. The staff were friendly and extremely nice. Rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn breakfast. The pool is a bit small but that was not an issue for us. Unfortunately, we were there on a Saturday night with many families and their travel hockey children so we did not venture in to the pool. Other than that and kids on the floor above us running thru the hallways all evening, it was fine. It is a convenient location for Lambeau Field, restaurants, and shopping. The drive into downtown Green Bay is short.
Staff, friendly & helpful. Room was spacious & clean. There was no view as the hotel sign was in front of the window.
My sister & I were on our annual Christmas shopping trip. We were very impressed with this hotel. It still feels new! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, something different every day (we stayed 3 nights). The only issue we found was that it isn't easy to use the toilet paper, it's kind of squashed between the toilet seat and the wall. We didn't get housekeeping every day- it was every other day. Also, no big deal, but they don't have small individual toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), they're in bigger bottles connected to the wall. We will stay here again.
We stayed here due to close proximity to the Resch Center, and this hotel wowed us! It's a brand new hotel, you could still smell the fresh wood. We had the corner room with the view of Lambeau, and the room was very spacious and super nice. Great looking pool, and breakfast was standard Hampton breakfast. This will now be our go to in Green Bay. So much food and shopping options very close. It's a great Hilton property!
Was pleasantly surprised with this place. Very clean, looks new, room was very nice and hotel was quiet. Our room overlooked the stadium. Pubs and stadium were within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly. Breakfast area was busy with lots of guests hanging out after eating, and food was typical Hampton Inn.
Hampton
Hotel offers spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and well designed bathrooms. As requested, we were provided a room closest to an exit for handicapped family member with mobility issues. Front desk staff was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
The three stars is because their doors there just suck. We had a room by the stairs and that door is so loud no matter how nicely you try and close it. Same for the room doors, with an exception that if you guide it and close it yourself it’s not as bad. It was hard to sleep with how loud those doors were, it sounded like it was right in the room. The other reason for the three stars is we had centipedes in the bathroom, this was discovered the last morning of our stay. Lastly, I wish breakfast started at 6am all week, not just weekdays.
The good things: the front desk staff were the best I’ve had in a long time! I wish I would have caught names because they deserved recognition. Another good point is the cleanliness of the hotel, inside and out. The laundry was nice and clean, as well.
best hotel ever, the staff was great
This is a newer hotel just blocks away from Lambeau. We walked to the team store one evening. There are several restaurants/bars within walking distance, which made it nice. Nice sized rooms and ample space in the bathroom. Our staff we encountered were very friendly. Would definitely recommend it!
Brand new and friendly staff!
