The check-in staff was very nice and helpful and thankfully, I was able to get a brand new remodeled room!
The convenience of early check in
Rooms are clean. New managers are awesome and I love what they are doing with the renovations.
Strong smell of food from the office area effecting the room. No WIFI, Sticky floors and very outdated furnishings.
The TV did not work. The beds were horrible. Just a dingy feeling.

Everything was great except the stained sheets and the tv wasn’t working.
The bed felt like it was only a boxspring, without a mattress. There was no hot running water in the bathroom. Even after letting the water run for ten minutes it still was not hot, and I was forced to take a cold shower. The television did not work. The power button on the remote came on, but none of the channels would come on.

Room was old, TV and telephone didn’t work. Luke warm shower.
The room was nice and clean, but what made it a very uncomfortable was the type of people that were there. They were loud and shady. Had a hard time sleeping was kept up most of the night because of the noiseI felt very insecure but as far as the rooms, they were nice and clean and very good condition and a working air conditioner.
Room smelled like cigarettes. Dogs barking in our neighboring room. People trying to sell me drugs. Car repairs being performed in front parking lot. Lots of stains on sheets. List goes on.
It was a bed and had water. That’s about all I can say.
We stayed at Mayfair somewhat regularly last year, and I was very surprised and delighted that upon our return, all the desk clerks remembered us. Our stay at Mayfair is always a good experience, mostly because of the staff. They go out of their way to accommodate us and we greatly appreciate it.
