Cons:

Upon entering the room, it was visible the room was not CLEANED PROPERLY at ALL ‼️It smelled of smoke & cigarettes! The pillows & bed looked like someone just threw the covers over a bed with no thought or care!It was no comforter for the bed only a thin sheet! It had roaches & dead hair on the floor! A Cigarette butt was stuck in the ac unit which allowed us to know the room was not cleaned prior to our arrival & the reason for the smell! The tv looked like someone threw food on the screen & the refrigerator was also not cleaned with dead flies on the inside!

Pros:

The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I stay here every time I come to new Albany. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and clean.

Cons:

There should be coffee makers in the rooms. I always bring my own. Lol
