No Coffee in room makes it less comfortable
Pros:

Good location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean

Cons:

No coffee in room (a new program to reduce costs (although it’s advertised as saving the planet). Also - they gave me a handicapped accessible room - based on my age, perhaps, but I do not need one.

Some rooms have mold
Pros:

Receptionist was friendly. Bed and pillows were comfy. It was fairly clean but not that fresh smell that I expected. AC was nice and cold.

Cons:

The first room they gave us smelled very strong of mold and we asked to be moved. The second room didn’t smell bad. There was not a coffee maker in the room. No laundry bags provided.

The breakfast sometimes is old it's only been good since the new girl started , I should of asked her name but she's a young white lady the only way I could describe her she did awesome on breakfast to be a newcomer

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It wasn’t crowded and it was quiet. The facility seemed like it has been taken

Pros:

I love the overall experience at the hotel, definitely my go to, for a business or a mental reset .

Cons:

On this trip the breakfast wasn't as good as the last time the sausage was old and potatoes was hard and the eggs was old and falling apart

It was wonderful and quiet.
Pros:

The breakfast was great it is all really good so much to choose from I like the veggie omelette and the cinnamon rolls and the bacon.

I would love to say that I would stay there again, but nope. I’m very very disappointed in the hotels actions on this.

I loved the facility itself great location, clean, very nice.

Cons:

My car was involved in a hit and run, so far nothing no help. They claimed I moved my car but I did not move my car car from 2:30 on Saturday and on Sunday until 5:30. It was clearly a U-Haul that hit my car, you can still see the colors on my car. Somehow the camera showed I moved it, hmmm I’m driving around in a wrecked car at this point because no one at the hotel wants to identify the person that did it. Two guys told me they didn’t see it actually happen but they knew who did it. Gave police report but video want turned over until the following week. Very very disappointing.

It was a mediocre unpleasant stay, disappointment!
Pros:

Breakfast was great! 10, and gym ok, beds & cleanliness ok!!

Cons:

People staying there rude at breakfast, talking loud! Also, before checkout maid service rude at door when answered, lastly when called front desk no answer! Overall a unpleasant stay, Will not return just for breakfast & convenience! Really disappointed!
