Overall cleanliness, Friendly staff, especially Martha, who was in the breakfast area the morning of our stay.

Cons:

Even with the thermostat set on 68 at night it was still warm in the room.

Overall, we like this property but can see it slowly declining.
Pros:

We like the location. Several walkable choices to have dinner.

Cons:

Ice is only on the first floor. Property needs some maintenance. Our air conditioner was very noisy and sheets were stained.
