This hotel was exceptional, it felt safe, clean and the beds were comfy.
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms, staff was excellent, great location from Canal and Bourbon St. Lobby was nice and quiet, lovely balcony to sit out and have coffee. The staff at the front desk was always helpful and would ask if we needed anything anytime we came through the lobby.

Cons:

I really have no complaints concerning The Rubenstein.

Very disappointing.

Cons:

No window in our room. Was a mid range room with no window. Booking should state if there is no window. We planned on staying three nights. Stayed one night even though paid for three. They said nothing they could do. Very disappointing. Never stayed in hotel with no window before.
