Lesson learned...
Pros:

It was close to the bypass.

Cons:

It was dirty I didnt stay the night like I was supposed to. Toenail clippings on the floor i didnt do. Stains in the carpet. Rooms had something in air that made me itch and break out. Had to drive 3 1/2 hours back home and no refund was offered even though I didn't stay in the room a full hour. The receptionist moved us to the third floor it was worse.

Needs to be better maintained
Cons:

I had to kill a roach before I could shower and a spider was on my bed and I had to kill it being went to sleep and when we went to use the restroom the last night someone had already used it with out flushing,so I just hope the room had been thoroughly cleaned before we entered??

Price was great

Cons:

The hotel is really dated. In need of an overhaul and remodel. The room smells and the linen needs to be refreshed. Multiple places around the property has broken pieces from the walls, floors, elevator, etc. The store are wasn’t well stocked so I had to walk to the nearby store for snacks.

Close to campus for MSU move in.

Cons:

Needs some work. Sink faucet was loose, refrigerator door didn’t shut right so it froze up. AC barely blew cold. Not enough light in the bathroom. Bath fan sounds like a jet engine.

We had a wonderful stay even if it was 1 night room was very large which gave plenty room and space
Pros:

The Breakfast really needs an upgrade really really bad of the breakfast had hot meals like egg sausage toast boiled eggs and etc. This hotel will be top notch a lot of times when people go to hotels they look for good breakfast.

Cons:

Only problem I seen was the breakfast needs to be upgraded l. I saw another post about the breakfast that was in 2025, I thought maybe it would have have gotten better by now.

The room was nice as always been coming there for over 15 years but this the first time I felt I wasn’t welcome and neve

Property it self is amazing I love staying there

Cons:

The lady at the front desk Kimberly was very disrespectful and really didnt understand who she was dealing with my wife is a doctor and I’m a police officer and ur attitude was rude . I stay there a lot and that was my first time not feeling welcome. I don’t recommend no one staying there if she is still there
