Pros:

The staff were friendly

Cons:

The facility was old and outdated. The toilets had very bad rust stains in them. The tub fixtures were broken. Lobby smelled liked smoked.

It was horrible and uncomfortable and definitely won’t be back.

The rooms were cold.

Cons:

It smelled of weed and smoke even though it’s a smoke free facility. The beds are paper thin. The pillows are kid pillows and when asking for another pillow the staff refused. She breakfast was only cereal and waffles. The bathrooms were dirty the conditioner and shampoo bottles were covered in nasty slime stuff. Toilet seat was cracked so it pinched when sitting. The mini fridge wasn’t cold.

Do NOT BOOK!

Nothing. It was so gross.

Cons:

It smelt terrible from the moment you walked in. It was so gross. We didn't even stay. We checked right back out. There was no way we could even stay for a night. Couldn't even take shoes off. It was really sketchy. Toilet didn't flush, air didn't work. Stains and filth everywhere. Pretty sure there was drug activity going on. It was so dark the lighting...well there was none.

We left and didn't stay

We were there 10 minutes and left. The room was moldy, dusty, dead bugs. Hallway smelled of weed

Cons:

A a stranger was able to access my room in the middle of the morning while I not fully dressed and in bed! Putting my families safety and privacy at risk. Traumatizing us all, especially my child. I immediately reported it and at first they seem concerned, but when I asked for a refund, they could only offer me a free night day, which who would want to stay at a place where strangers can just walk in your room. I was told that someone would get back with me and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I have begun the process of pursuing further action. Someone should be held accountable!

Decent stay and comfortable room.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The bed was tidy and fresh, and the TV was easy to use. The lobby, hallways, and my rooms were all quite clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, quite a positive stay.

Cons:

There was not a great variety for breakfast. The kind lady in charge of maintaining the breakfast area was great, and no discredit to her, but the choices we had were limited and the only hot option was a waffle. Unrelated, by room was missing an iron for no apparent reason (there was an ironing board, but no iron to be found).

Overall, a good stay
Pros:

the staff was great!!!!!

Cons:

the room needs upgrades and tlc. The faucet was hanging off. There was a musty smell in the room probably why they had the ac blasting to mask it. my kids was let down because there wasnt a pool. But i wasn't upset by it.
