Comfy, overpriced
Pros:

We only stayed there because the website said there was a grocery store 3 minutes away. When we arrived we found that it was permanently closed. Would’ve chosen a cheaper place to stay if we knew this as there is nothing in walking distance except a McDonald’s and gas station.
Room was nice and clean but the
TV stopped working, the phone in the room didn’t work, no ice, some of the charging docks didn’t work.
Comfy bed, good breakfast although seems overpriced

Overall, an excellent property that is pet friendly in Van Horn, TX! The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was easy with a decent selection of “diy” cereal, breakfast sandwiches, etc. We also had a great meal at the Van Horn Cattle Company on the other side of the interstate—easy to get to and delicious!
