Loved my stay and the stars that were put on the door

The check in was easy and the attendant was very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was gone by 11:00. We had planned to go out for breakfast but I had hoped to get a glass of juice while waiting on the rest of my group.

Pros:

Quiet, very clean, spacious, nice curtains, and large windows that felt like you are outside. Great location. Good staff.

Cons:

1. For me, breakfast not too good.

2. The toilet bowl is too high, requiring guests to stand on tiptoes to use it comfortably. We stayed for five days, and throughout our stay the pool remained consistently cold, we could not use it—please ensure the pool is properly heated.

3. The internet connection is not private; although login credentials are provided, the gateway security is extremely weak. For a hotel of this calibre, a secure, private internet connection should be standard.

Overall, the experience was not worth the cost. Additionally, the kitchen lacks an embedded stove; instead, guests are provided with a frying pan and a portable hot burner kept in a bag, which is not appropriate for this level of accommodation. 😞 Finally, staff please smile regardless. 😉
