It was very clean and the help was amazing.
Location to downtown
Parking. I had to circle the hotel for 20 minutes for cares to be moved out of valet, so o could valet.
Location was fine. General presentation of the hotel was exceptional, nice bar, decent sushi restaurant, appealing collection of vinyl records, plus a listening area with turntable. Everything was good until we got to the room.
The room had a very comfortable king bed with proper pillows (always a plus). What else? There was a TV, a toilet and a shower, both pretty tiny, with no extractor fan in the toilet space (which really matters). That was pretty much it, total area about 150 square feet, and most of that was the bed. Nowhere to sit, no desk, no bedside tables, no tea/coffee facilities...in short nothing that you would reasonably expect for the price point ($270 a night). This is totally about maximizing revenue in terms of dollars/square foot, which is great for Hilton, but dismal for the customer. It doesn't matter how much you dress up the lobby/bar area, people pay for the room. The room was nicely decorated, but it had less space and fewer basic amenities than a college dorm room. Never again.
The hotel was lovely; especially the lobby; very eclectic and colorful; the 'compact' room doesn't work for us because we get up at different times; I get up and want to wash face, do stuff that requires sink/mirror however if I turned on lights it would bother my partner who was still sleeping...the light surrounding the mirror is bright (when dim not enough light to see )
We loved the location; the clean rooms; the wonderful staff; the fantastic lobby; the nice bar area
Love the vibe. They have thought of everything. Location is perfect.
The lighting on the mirror could be a lot better.
Location, nice room, trendy upscale
No parking
Location. Cleanliness. Staff
Valet parking painfully slow.
Great location and staff. Beautiful hotel and exceptionally clean
Awesome location; I biked directly to the trails from the hotel and never had to drive to access any trails from the Slaughter Pen trails all the way to the Back 40. The bike storage concierge is VERY convenient.
The parking/valet situation is a headache, a bit pricy and the valet gets a bit backed up with a constant check-in/checkout load. This is a VERY nice/stylish hotel... walking through such a nice lobby in dirty mountain bike gear is a little awkward.
The location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.
There were some dried marshmallows on the floor when we got to our room, strange. The shower should have been cleaner. Everything else was clean.
Design of the small room.
Design of the community space.
The light under the door at night.
Very atheistic, design was nice. Clean
Bed was very uncomfortable as well as pillows
