Hotel concept is beautiful. The rooms are super modern and clean and couldn’t ask for more there.
There’s not an actual concierge or hotel guest check-in. It’s all done by your phone, which makes it really difficult to have a great check-in process. I literally had to wait till exactly 4 PM to get a text message that my key was ready to download on my phone, which did not feel like the greatest experience
Nice spacious room.
-Noisy, quite noisy! street noise also very noisy room ventilation system, they did offer us another room but it was the same
-Open bath + slippery
-No closet space although big space
-Smelly corridor/entrance
-Cafe was closed, no notice (not even on their own platforms)
-Poor lighting, dark inside, also not easy to turn on/off
-Noisy sliding doors
-No widow view in our room

Es stank fürchterlich nach Abwasser, Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, steile Treppen zu den Zimmern und der Kaffee wurde nicht nachgefüllt.

From the room and it’s style
That our room television isn’t work and it’s hard to reach any staff (either from not answering the phone that was provided or text)
The room numbers and the sink mirror.
The staff was friendly and attentive.
We reached out to the hotel staff for two of the main overhead lights that weren’t working.
We were promised that staff would come up and look into the lights, but we never got another update.
The room is unique and comfortable, however the supporting staff did not fulfill their promises.
Beautiful room, self checkin works very well, also very easy to contact staff for advice. Great neighbourhood
非常有特色的格局與建築，因為是由老建築改造而成。房間內的布局我很喜歡，燈光設計與天花板的結構外露也是很有氛圍的部分。大廳的設計同樣令人眼睛為之一亮。提醒想來住的人 浴室跟睡覺空間是完全沒有任何遮擋的，情侶或獨居比較適合。其他的我很滿意。飯店本身以及附近有幾家不錯的餐廳與麵包店，不用擔心沒東西吃。
Really clean, Japanese minimalist hotel room with a totally open shower, nice little coffee concept & Japanese restaurant on the main floor. Close to cool bars & fancy restaurants.
Only feedback would be to add a shelf / drawer of some sort for those of us who like to unpack the suitcase.
The bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Great stay and easy check in process. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was better than expected less homeless than what usually ito in that area. The restaurant and cafe are really good too
