Super Staff and Very Clean Facility

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Inn at Bellefield Hyde Park and cannot say enough about the incredible team and overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for.
The front desk team was exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The rooms were immaculate, the hallways were spotless, and even though we did not require housekeeping service during our stay, every housekeeping team member we encountered in the hallways was friendly, pleasant, and professional.
The bar and dining experience were outstanding. Dinner was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast crew deserves special recognition. Despite being extremely busy, the breakfast attendants were courteous, attentive, and incredibly helpful, keeping the buffet well stocked and running smoothly with smiles throughout.
It’s clear this hotel takes great pride in both its service and its presentation. Wishing you continued success—this stay has made us true fans of the Inn at Bellefield. It will absolutely be our go-to halfway stop when heading north for skiing, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Pros:

Pleasant lobby. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Pet fee is $150 whether you are staying one night or five. We only stayed one night and thought $160 for a $200 room was quite disproportionate. It’s the highest fee we’ve paid including at a five star hotel in Boston.
