Will definitely stay here again
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. I especially appreciated Frank's customer service. He went above and beyond helping me with an issue I had. He took care of it professionally & efficiently and was very nice & considerate.

The beds were comfy, and everything worked.

Cons:

Our first room, 117, had a strange smell from the ac. Frank moved us to a new room and said he'd notify management of the issue. I was very pleased with the resolution.

Pros:

Very clean, bed is comfortable

Cons:

No elevator-it’s only 2 floors and they accommodated us and put us on the 1st floor

Pros:

Very clean and accommodating! Somehow I didn't pack toothpaste and they had pouches for us! Breakfast was great and checkout was simple. Overall a great stay!

Nice and clean, not worth price
Pros:

New hotel, sparkling clean.
Nice employees.
Spacious 2Q room was well laid out.
Tub and shower worked perfectly.
Nice view of grassy area out our window.

Cons:

Not ADA Compliant. Someone in a wheelchair or on crutches would need help opening the main door.
The dryer in guest laundry malfunctioned. Could have caused a fire, it got so hot.
"Breakfast served until 9 am." We went at 8:45 and there were no eggs, just a few sausages. No employees to be found. Guests said the waffles were awful. (My sister thinks the oil was left out of the waffle mix.) No hot water for tea, coffee also ran out.
Our 2Q bed room had only one chair. There was plenty of space for another.
An outdoor seating area would be very nice, especially for smokers.
