I would recommend to anyone staying in the area
Pros:

It had a lot of options and offered great items (pool table, 24 hour gym, board games, breakfast)

It was servicable. Of the four places we stayed on our road trip, Tru was the least preferred.
Pros:

Breakfast was flavorful and good. It concluded a little too early for my wife, traveling with me. We were on a leisure vacation, so arising so early in the morning to avoid the 9am close time was an inconvenience for her. The room fridge was appreciated.

Cons:

Closing time for the breakfast, as noted above. Scant availability of seating in the room (one chair). Lack of space to place suitcase.

Really good, but...
Pros:

The location was excellent, the food good, the room clean.

Cons:

We had requested an accessible room and did not get one. The bed was too high for me and I kept sliding out.

It was very lovely the stuff was very nice and helpful

Cons:

The beds was horrible. They were so uncomfortable and really need to be updated I couldn’t even stay my whole stay because I couldn’t get any sleep. I talked to the front desk about me leaving early they said I wouldn’t be charged for the night I didn’t stay and that they were very sorry and that I would be refunded for they night but they never said when I would be refunded and how much would I be refunded I called today to get this information and was transferred to a line that no one answered when I called back to the front desk I didn’t get a answer because I’m sure they looked at the number and notice I had just called

Stopping for the night.

Always very clean. Location to the highway is excellent. Great room for the price.

All in all my stay was great, however some minor mishaps.
Pros:

I lobe that it was clean and and washable to stay on the top floor. I love that you all offered breakfast. Location wasnt far from downtown and that I was close to the malls and others shopping establishments

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room was small with no closet space. I can’t recall whether a microwave was ok there but if it wasn’t I definitely don’t like that. The water did not get out at all. Take Luke warm baths is not it for me. You truly need to work on the water issue.
