Bad experience, not only with the hotel but also with Booking.com
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room could not be turned off, and despite several calls to reception, no solution could be found.
The service employee was unavailable at night, so I had to wait until the next morning. As a result, I couldn't sleep all night because it was too cold and the noise level was too high.
When I complained again at the front desk the next morning, I was assured that I would be refunded the amount of the bill for the poor conditions. This was confirmed by the hotel manager, M. Palacios. However, since the booking was made through Booking.com. I should get the money back from Booking.com It has now been two months and several calls to Booking, and I am still waiting for a refund. Booking apparently cannot reach anyone at the hotel, their contractual partner. The service for me as a long-time customer of Booking.com is very, very poor.
Booking is unable to refund my payment, even though I have already forwarded the confirmation from the hotel. According to Booking, it seems that no one at the hotel can be reached. Now I feel like I'm being taken for a ride; Booking can't reach its contractual partner. The hotel belongs to the Hilton group and no one can be reached. LOL
