This stay was ruined by obnoxious AC, and reieatedly unresponsive management about multiple concerns
Pros:

Good location. Nice old building. Easy parking.

Cons:

The AC was very obnoxiously loud. It ruined the experience. The temperature control actually did not display the temperature at all. Seemed too warm. The freezer was iced over to the point the door would only close with contractor strength tape- leak risk. The management was unresponsive repeatedly about multiple issues. An initial message listed two ways to contact management, but they took a very long time to respond and told me to use a third method of contact.

Historic property in a great location close to downtown Sandusky and Jet Express.
Pros:

Super cute decor, lots of natural sunlight through the huge windows.

Cons:

I didn’t have a parking space even though one was promised.

Aweful experience
Pros:

Very attractively decorated

Cons:

Never received email with access info. Called & they said they just sent it-30mins before check in. Still didnt receive. Called again& they said they didnt have my email. Gave me the door code over the phone. Didnt work. Next call gave me a different code. Didnt work until they remotely re-set the outdoor lock. Coffee maker broken, no washcloths - had to buy them locally. assistance on site. Late that night received the welcome email with entirely different access code info than what they told me on the phone. They dont know what they are doing and lie about it. No help on site

Exceeded expectations - elegance on a budget!
Pros:

Old world beauty! Stained glass, bay windows, beautiful hardwood floors, elegant fireplaces, leaded glass bookcase, and exquisite wood pocket doors. Comfortable space, abundant square footage, with kitchen and dining area to boot.

Cons:

Needed just a smidge more housekeeping. More shower gel and discard prior trash. Clean but for this small thing, and we received extra clean towels proactively!

Decent but wouldnt come back
Pros:

Location was amazing, honestly the only real good thing about the unit. Kitchen was nice too, had microwave, stove, fridge etc. Had a smart TV also so we could cast and watch our tv at night while winding down.

Cons:

There was no closet space or storage space in the unit at all, The bed was not a queen sized bed (felt more like a full) and it creaked a lot when we moved around. There were so many bugs in the unit, on the roof, and even in the patio we were supposed to use to exit to get to our vehicle. Should have some sort of net or something since the bugs are everywhere.

Pros:

I loved the home like feel of the hotel. It didn't feel like a hotel at all. By the last few days we were calling it home.

We had a wonderful, memorable stay at the Washington!
Pros:

Our room was lovely!! Beautifully restored woodwork and floors. Very large bedroom and bathroom that were beautifully simple and yet noticeably well planned in their design. The bed was so comfortable!! Slept like a baby - I did turn off the controls for heat and air conditioning when we arrived because it was too loud.
Thankfully we didn’t need it!
The kitchen was also very beautifully done with nice appliances and cabinets!! Quite functional!
We enjoy historic properties that function well and the Washington is a wonderful home away from home.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioning
Large waste basket in the bathroom should be replaced with a small more appropriate waste basket since the room is so nice!

Pros:

I liked the space and on site stove, fridge, and laundry. I didn't need them all during my stay but super convenient. Gold star.

Cons:

It was a great experience the only small issue I had was whoever was in the unit above me was particularly loud early in the morning. But I would still highly recommend staying here. Really clean and super nice.
