Location was amazing. Very clean cute room. The price for what we got was fantastic.
Bed was a little hard but that's a matter of opinion:) coffee maker needs a good clean.
The uniqueness, the space, the location and the beds were so comfortable!
The heating system was very loud, but once you got used to it- it was fine
Location. The decor was outstanding
Need to have extra blankets in units. Please replenish the coffee pods not enough for a weekend. Extra bath towels would be nice.
The aesthetics.The bedroom was lovely. The large table in the kitchen area provided a great work space.
The HVAC system was so incredibly noisy that I could hear it running out in the hallway before going into the unit. Fortunately, I could shut the system down. Unfortunately, it was a hot night and it would have been nice to have AC. This seriously was a flaw.
The unit was extremely clean and very cozy and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back. I frequency point annually and this will be my go to place.
Toilet paper holder was crooked and broken, and the garbage can top frame. Top frame was broken by previous.guests. Other than that five stars.

Could have been pressure washed out side. Leaves cleaned up from basement stairs. Get rid of the miniespresso machine and replace it with a keurig.

Well, I’m going to be honest and hopefully this gets printed my last negative review was not allowed to go through for whatever reason
When I arrived at the property, it was tough to get in and I was able to go down to the basement apartment and the maintenance man was there and the kitchen floor was full of water as I was told they were defrosting the freezer which is kind of an odd way to defrost the freezer and I decided I did not want that room and as we were leaving, there was an oversized chair turned upside down with a broken leg so I definitely did not want that basement room
I was showed another room up two floors and that one was not fully clean and ready
And when we did come back and the bed was made, everything was all set there was trash in the bathroom garbage and the bottom drawers in the refrigerator had some type of food on them so the place is not 100% clean also the cushion in front of the window was full of hair but it definitely needed a good vacuuming and cleaning so not the nicest place I’ve ever stayed not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed

Noisy A/C units / No conditioner

Thought I was booking the apartment with 2 beds. It was me and my adult son. I made the sofa into my bed and it was fine. The neighbors in the other apartment were very loud. They were up most of the night so my son and I did not rest well at all.
The entry so hard to find. The steps are ridiculous with luggage etc. I called the agency they were ok but not great.

The location
We were stuck outside our room for 40 minutes late at night because our room codes did not work and it took us forever to get hold of someone who had to give us a completely new codes. No lightbulbs in the lamps but the worst part, the walls are paper thin and the noises are so loud and we could not sleep at all. We finally checked out a day early because it was so hard to sleep and we had to find someplace else. In addition, we booked it because it had a “Fitness Center” and there was nothing to be found. I reached out to the management numberous times to find out what the fitness center, no one responded. We recorded how loud everything was. A marching band above our bed. We took pictures of the booking/res that promised a fitness center. We will be getting our money back.
It was clean and comfy more than we expected as far as room and space.
A little loud for the stairs. Maybe carpets on it and the fact that it was a little chilly we couldn't get the thermos to work.
The decorations and the location. The comfort of the bed, and living room sofa, and just the general over all set up...
That I had to leave. It is a very modern, beautifully decorated apartment, which made me feel at home.

The property was absolutely beautiful!!! Only a few minutes from Cedar Point and the town had such charm!
The only thing we didn’t like was how loud the family above us was. They woke up early and the floors were very creaky due to the age of the building and it sounded like they were stomping around.
