Als je per ongeluk dubbel betaald is dat frustrerend, vooral omdat er gesteld wordt dat niemand er wat aan kan doen!! Ee

zoals u ziet heb ik 2 beoordelingform. ontvangen. We hadden we 1 kamer geboekt. Door slechte verbinding/haperende betalingsroute, in de veronderstelling dat het mislukt was hebben nog een kamer geboekt. Via jullie bevestigingsbericht, de vglde dag, kwamen we er pas achter, de poging om na de reis ter plekke dat om te zetten naar terugbetaling werd niet
gehonoreerd.!!. De medewerker heeft gezegd dat we ons tot Booking.com moeten wenden.
Booking .com wil eerst toestemming hebben van de eigenaar. We hebben de directie direct een mail( adres met moeite ontvangen van de medewerker) gestuurd, maar geen enkele reactie ontvangen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Lage nahe der Autobahn ist für die Durchreise perfekt. Das Hotel liegt trotzdem ruhig und ist angenehm. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sehr sauber, das Bett bequem und das Badezimmer war neu. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel, im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher und Tee und Kaffee.

Cons:

Man sieht, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, die Einrichtung war recht zweckmäßig.
