Amazing hotel for demanding travellers looking for zen in luxury setting
Pros:

Big cheers to staff, all of them were super nice, helpful and responsive: during the welcome, waiters and gentlemen who took care of our luggage and car.
Beds and pillows very comfy, very nice design of the hotel and rooms.
Location spectacular: vis a vis Palace, close to fine restos and 10 min from the old town and market
Amazing surrounding during breakfast which had enough choice of very fresh fruits, cheese and meats. Great choice of tea and freshly pressed juices. If you are seated by the window, you can have great view of a Palace.

Cons:

At the night of our stay there was a wedding so part of the hotel was closed for hotel guest which is a pity because we wanted to try the menu in the restaurant.

However, the other things mentioned above made up for it.

Pros:

De charme van het geheel en op een steenworp van het kasteel. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en een voortreffelijke keuken !

. Nous avons vraiment apprécié être à l'écoute et obtenue des réponses et solutions douces et respectueuses (peu importe la réponse).
. La bienveillance des équipes.

Pros:

Loved everything about the property - close to the Chateau and the local restaurants. Staff was amazing and very kind. Gorgeous room, comfortable bed!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel

It was very clean and comfortable. The food was great and the staff was very helpful. The location can’t be beat.

Beautiful, well appointed hotel with above and beyond service and attention. The bar is luxurious.
Pros:

Perfect location if you are in town to see Versailles, enabling you to tour the palace, take a break and spend the afternoon touring the gardens.

Faire savoir et savoir faire.
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Versailles.
Les réceptionnistes sont très professionnels.
Chambre agréable et hôtel confortable.
Le service du bar de l'hôtel efficace.

Cons:

Un gros bémol pour le petit déjeuner, très limité en terme de choix. Plus de croissant, de pains aux chocolats ( apparemment 40 minutes de cuissons), fruits restreint ( a part des pommes ) à 10h10 alors qu'il ferme a 10h30.
Une longue attente pour une omelette en jaunes d'œufs lyophilisé ??
Serveurs nonchalant et peu arrangeant.
Dommage quand vous êtes a Versailles, un peu plus de générosité aurait été apprécié dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles.
