Lovely beautiful great staff

An absolutely spectacular hotel designed for comfort. Our room was just beautiful and the bed was without a doubt the comfiest bed we have ever stayed in. The room is really well equipped and beautifully decorated. It was also COMPLETELY silent - we didn’t hear a door close or a voice outside the whole time! Towels and robes in the room were super soft and the sheets were just amazing. Honestly 10/10 for the room.

The hotel seems to be designed around mindfulness and there are lots of reminders to stop and smell the roses, so to speak. Sounds cringey but it is actually quite nice.

We didn’t eat in the main dining restaurant but did use the Galerie for breakfast and lunch. This room is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast buffet was fine, something for everyone, and there was a menu to order from too. The coffee was absolutely divine. The lunch menu was OK. The service in the Galerie was also just OK - waiters were friendly but it did feel we kept having to ask for things (menus, drinks) and then reminders re drinks not coming out. Fries were also lukewarm when they came to us. Also the patisseries sell out every day and there is no additional stock (notwithstanding the cafe is downstairs!) which is a bit disappointing. The macaroons were incredible though! Overall it was fine in a pinch and for breakfast but I wouldn’t make a special trip there for lunch.

Overall we loved it and would definitely return!

A wonderful hotel in Versailles - great location, lovely atmosphere with diversity of places to dine, have a coffee, or work. The rooms are well appointed despite a slightly strange bathroom layout, and very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff is phenomenal. Some issues with service in the restaurants but otherwise a great stay.

Stay here often. This time I notice some things that need attention: the layout of the rooms is a bit odd; the thermostat didn’t work the whole time I stayed (and when I asked for an engineer no one came); the restaurant is closed on Mondays and the bar menu is very limited. The ground floor was freezing and the service in kitchen was slow which made dining there uncomfortable. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Lovely decor and the best location in town. I continue to say it’s the best property but some improvements in F&B and heating are needed.

I love staying here; it's one of the best hotels in the city. I would suggest they provide bottled water (carton or something to match eco goals) because there is never water to go. Also, it would be nice to have a minibar or some more amenities in the room. Other than this, it is perfect!

The staff were amazing! Could not have been more helpful! Can’t thank them enough for helping with mobility and accessibility transportation for my elderly mother. Super 5 star service!
