Komme gerne wiede!
Pros:

Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hat alle Wünsche erfüllt.
Der Fahrradraum ist super, Bett war schön hart, das Frühstück war sehr lecker 😋

Uns hat es im Hotel gut gefallen und wir würden es weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten alles war wir benötigten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, am ersten Morgen mussten wir noch etwas mehr Brot verlangen, was aber sofort organisiert wurde. Wir haben im naheliegenden Parkhaus parkiert, dass vom Hotel empfohlen wurde. Zu Fuss ist es ca. 5 Min. vom Parkhaus zum Hotel. Vom Hotel aus, waren wir schnell zu Fuss in der City von Strassburg und haben uns hauptsächlich zu Fuss fortbewegt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, vor allem wenn die Zimmertüren auf dem gleichen Stock geöffnet und geschlossen wurden, konnte man das gut hören. Die Betten waren für meine Verhältnisse etwas zu hart.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room which also had a fridge and safe and bathroom had soap/shampoo dispensers. Very close to train station, shops, cafes and restaurants. Didn't have breakfast but the area looked clean and tidy.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.

Pros:

Premetto che essendo in 3 coppie avevamo 3 camere e abbiamo avuto impressioni e problematiche diverse.
Per tutti i letti e i cuscini erano molto comodi e le stanze silenziose in una buonissima posizione.
La colazione varia e buona e l'arredo curato.

Cons:

- Una camera è stata trovata sporca con lenzuola macchiate, ci sono state date delle lenzuola "nuove" e nel cambiarle (noi) ci siamo accorti che anche queste avevano delle macchie, ma abbiamo pazientato. Il giorno successivo abbiamo segnalato la cosa. Purtroppo anche la seconda sera abbiamo trovato le stesse lenzuola, almeno avevano pulito la stanza. La sera stessa abbiamo segnalato nuovamente anche scrivendo una mail, il giorno successivo abbiamo spiegato la situazione al Resp. delle pulizie. Il pomeriggio ci hanno risposto alla mail dicendo che loro avevano pulito e che al massimo per scusarsi avrebbero scontato il costo di una colazione.
La terza sera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola pulite.
-la seconda camera "family" aveva il terzo letto (che a noi non serviva) davanti ad una scaffalatura, al frigo e alla porta del bagno. Abbiamo chiesto di togliere il letto (tipo brandina), alla terza notte lo hanno ripiegato e spostato davanti allo specchio. Non abbiamo reclamato per non rovinarci la vacanza.
- inoltre in. 2 delle 3 camere c'era poca pressione dell'acqua.

Concludendo, al di là dei problemi vari, abbiamo riscontrato poca cura nella gestione

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, ideal für eine Städtereise.
Pros:

Frisch renovierte Zimmer, zentrale Lage und dennoch verhältnismässig ruhig. Gut organisiert, z.B. für die Kofferaufbewahrung am Abreisetag. Durchgehend verfügbares Personal an der Reception.

Absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Es war einfach rundum schön, super freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, ich mochte den Geruch im Haus - immer ein wenig nach Magnolien :-), bequeme Betten, super Kissen, tolles Bad und immer gefüllte, kostenlose Wasserflaschen im Zimmer - wirklich schön
Ruhig - da super dichte Fenster
Gutes Frühstück (wobei mir persönlich zu viel süße Sachen dabei sind, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache) - leckerer Kaffee
Tolle Lage, 5 min vom Bahnhof (aber nicht in der „Einflugschneise“ aller anderen Besucher Straßburgs)
