Pros:

Room and entire hotel very clean. Pleasant and enjoyable staff. Location was excellent, close to train station and a few minutes to Le Petit France area.

Cons:

Breakfast was so-so. Lots of options but the warmer didn't keep food warm and the bread and pastries were a little stale. On the other hand, the coffee was excellent.

personnel charmant. chambre très propre, claire et confortable. literie impeccable. calme. bouilloire, thé, tisanes et café soluble dans la chambre, avec eau plate, eau gazeuse et petit frigo. À 2 pas de la gare, et tout proche des lieux touristiques. je recommande !

Good and pretty
Pros:

The whole experience was great, staff friendly, facilities clean, very quiet. You can walk almost everywhere from there

Cons:

The bathroom door, they use these slide ones that never truly close. But it is the standard now.

Confort, emplacement pratique, accueil un peu morne
Pros:

L'emplacement était pratique.

Lorsque j'y ai séjourné, l'environnement était calme.

La chambre était bien équipée.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas réussi à monter la température de la chambre. Ça ne s'allumait pas et ne se modifiait pas. J'ai donc eu froid.
Je n'ai pas osé demander de l'aide au monsieur à l'accueil car j'ai été reçue avec une attitude assez morose si ce n'est froide.

C'est humain, on ne sait pas ce que les gens traversent... Mais ça m'a dissuadée de rentrer dans une conversation.
