Pros:

Everything was great, but what made our stay great were the extremely nice receptionists. My girlfriend had some health issues ans they dealt with that in an outstanding manner. Can only recommend to stay her.

overall a very good experience. recommend ecspecially if you visit via central station by train.

rooms of decent size and clean.

Cons:

parking spaces are very small. i witnessed a guest who even couldnt make it down the winding ramp into the garage.

Wir fanden das Hotel toll, die Lage perfekt zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt, ruhig, komfortable, frisch renovierte Zimmer, bequemes Bett, sehr gutes Frühstück und vor allem wirklich sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter!!!

Pros:

Hotel pulito e in ottima posizione per il centro.
Zona tranquilla. Camera piccola ma ben arredata anche con frigorifero. Colazione con molti dolci.
Consigliato. Tornerei volentieri.

Cons:

Purtroppo lo split dell'aria condizionata era proprio sopra il letto

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and hospitable. The location is perfect - everything 10min apart on foot. It was clean and resourceful.

Cons:

The room cleaning service did not clean our room but the hotel staff apologized to us and gave us some sweets which was sweet 🙂. We stayed only for 2 nights, so it was ok.

Séjour très agréable !
Pros:

Séjour très agréable ! L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel est super accueillant, et les chambres sont confortables et propres, avec climatisation- un vrai plus ! Tout ce qu'il faut est disponible : réfrigérateur, bouilloire, eau gratuite (plate et gazeuse), surtout appréciable par forte chaleur. Le centre-ville est très proche : la Petite France à 7-10 minutes à pied, et la cathédrale à 15 minutes. Je recommande !
