Great stay and super welcoming staff!
Pros:

Location - super close to the train station, and 15min or less to the city Center. The staff is incredible, they are so nice and welcoming! I wanna thank specially Faysal for the late night reception! We recommend this hotel 100%!

Confort, propreté, agencement et luminosité de la chambre

Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend - das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend, für jeden ist etwas dabei - die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Städtetrip perfekt, nahe am Hauptbahnhof und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar

La atención de la perdona de recepción, creo que su nombre era Amin y el desayuno muy completo y atendido de una forma impecable. El poder dejar las maletas después de hacer el checkout es también muy de agradecer.

On a trouvé notre hôtel pour nos futurs séjours strasbourgeois 👍
Pros:

Établissement très propre, très proche de la gare, du centre-ville et des bus et trams.
Réactivité du personnel au top.
Changement de chambre immédiat à cause d’un problème de lavabo.
Ils sont même venus nous apporter les papiers d’identité et les cartes bleues oubliés à l’aéroport en urgence un dimanche après midi ! Sans eux, l’avion serait parti sans nous ! Un grand coup de chapeau pour cette gentillesse 🙏

I had an absolutely delightful four-night stay at Hotel Saint Augustin. The location is impressive, just a five-minute walk from the train station and only ten minutes on foot from the city center, offering both convenience and a welcome sense of calm away from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and quiet. My room was very clean, with a spotless bathroom and comfortable bedding. Above all, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs, which added a warm and personal touch to my experience. A special thank you to Amine, Erwan, Noah, and Tara for making my stay so memorable.

Nothing to mention here. I couldn't have asked for more: Warm hospitality, quiet comfort, and a perfect location.

Pros:

Very clean, very nice staff and very helpful. Large choice for breakfast in sweet and salt. A very good hotel for its price.

Cons:

One light in the bedroom was blinking constantly. We figured out a quick temporary and didn't bother with the reception as it was late, but no doubt they would have helped.
