Love Springhill wherever I go!
Pros:

Everything was great! I choose the brand of place to stay for a reason. My view was the high & traffic was backed up all weekend!

Clean, Comfortable, Great Staff & Breakfast
Pros:

The King Room with couch/trundle bed is great for relaxing on after a long day on the road. The room was impeccably clean, cooled upon our arrival and spacious. We do work part-time, remotely while traveling and the desk has additional lighting and is roomy enough to spread out files in addition to using a laptop. The bed is comfortable with both firm and soft pillows. The breakfast is plentiful with many protein options (including both probiotic and Greek yogurt). Soy, almond or oat milk are also available. Nuts, seeds and fruit toppings for your oatmeal or yogurt! The staff is kind, helpful, welcoming and will take care of you promptly and courteously. Even the maintenance and housekeeping staff smiled and said hello! Highly recommend!

Cons:

The price varied staying a Friday night and then again the following Tuesday night. It is reasonably priced for Arlington (approximately 40 minutes from downtown Memphis), but a little steep for it location next to I-40. If the air conditioner/fan was not running, it was too loud for us. The second stay had us in a room on the opposite side of I-40 and it was quieter.

Overall enjoyable and rooms were some of the biggest I have ever stayed in
Pros:

Property was new, rooms very nice and spacious

Cons:

Elevators were not totally broke, but were not functioning properly, lots of the exercise equipment was in need of fixing

The beds were comfortable, disappointed in the facilities for the price paid

Cons:

The pool was out of order, the tv didn't work and the commode seat was coming off. The shower was out of body wash.
