Servise was good but forgat to tell me we had to pay 20 dollars per parkinh every nigth
I had to pay for parking lot ...but i did gat a tiket foe 86 dollars on tje first nigth ...
For my expectations and needs, this place checked all the boxes. It's convenient to downtown and walkable to tons of places including the Promenade, the beach and has easy access to train and bus stops. The property itself is pretty clean and seems to be well taken care of.
My room was clean and bright and for the slight rate increase, the upgrade to a balcony room was totally worth it. Not exactly an ocean view, but it's room and breezy and isn't facing into a depressing courtyard. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed and pillows were decently comfortable and you've got to give bonus points for the Toto bidet.
For the rate, I find this place to be a pretty great value. I didn't take advantage of the sauna, steam room, hot tub or pool, but did take note of how everything was clean and functional. The gym is small, but clean and has everything you need for a hotel workout. Props for the Pelotons and dumbbells that don't max out at 25 lbs.
Only a couple of things fell short. A couple of the towels had concerning black spots on them. They should either be bleached or taken out of rotation. Fortunately, plenty of extras were provided.
The biggest inconvenience is that there's one trash can in the entire room / bathroom and it's TINY. I don't like to leave trash on the ground in a hotel room, but it's almost unavoidable.
Hotel in good location and closed to convention centre and main streets.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Toilet had Japanese style bidet.
Good lighting in bathroom
The double bed rooms are of a good size.
Next to tram line so can hear traffic.
Overall it’s ok. The building definitely needs maintenance as walls are dirty, bathroom tubs are clogged.
The two rooms we booked both have the problem of tubs slow drainage/ not draining at all.
Rooms were clean and modern. Japanese toilet was a great surprise upgrade.
Hallway way a bit dim and felt dated. Walls were stark white with no art.
The smell in the room and
Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. They give you free water for the entirety of the stay. The rooms have a balcony, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. You can access all of your streaming services on the in room tv..
Nothing
My daughter used the rooms couch to sleep , in the morning she was very itchy and noticed about 10 bites total.
On her both Arm, on both Ankles, and legs. We believe the couch has bed bugs.
I liked how close it was to our venue.
Wish there was little fire places on the rooftop area.
Room was nice and clean. Walls were thin and could hear furniture moving around. Some road noise but nothing that kept you awake. Would stay there again if in long beach if I needed to be in that exact area.
Hotel was nice but the parking is very small and I had to pay $20 to park in a lot behind the hotel. I checked in at midnight and it was a little scary having to walk from that lot back to the hotel. We were told there was a shooting the night before around the corner. Their doors were locked so I can imagine there is a reason to lock those at night.
