California Off the beaten path
Pros:

The stay was excellent and gave us the flexibility in dining in or out. Nice view with the palm trees just feet from the windows.
Streetcar access, straight shot to the airport, French Quarter etc… All amenities were in excellent condition. We tried to leave it like we found it. L. Cobbs

Pros:

The accommodations were clean and in good condition. That sofa is uncomfortable. It's hard and short. If you're tall 5'8 + the sofa isn't for you. Otherwise very nice stay😊

I never spoke to staff... We had an excellent stay. I believe I left my license there and called the Hosteeva company to see if they found it however they took the call and never got back to me. There was no way to call them directly!

Pros:

Our flight was cancelled the first 24 hours of our stay and management would not give us a refund or discount for the loss of a day’s stay. I asked if we could have a late check out and was sent a link to a payment page for an additional fee. Room was not as advertised. Room was spartan and did not look upscale. Dirty paper towel was left on sofa. Bedroom was not decorated and only had one night stand. Management staff was not helpful when asked questions about building. Would not stay here again as it’s not worth the price charged.

Amazing condo… penthouse on the top floor with private terrace! Tons of space, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen and within walking distance to the French quarter and the superdome!!

My only complaint is that parking was not available at the facility and due to the Taylor Swift concert the rates of the parking nearby jumped to $75-$100 per night 😳 So the $30 advertised was wayyyyy different than reality : /

Pros:

For the price it is hard to beat. Easy walking distance to anything in the French Quarter and/or the Superdome. The Studio was clean. Had all the basics you need for a short or long term stay. Only big drawback was construction accross the street. They start early so that is a bit rough. Other than that, highly recommend.

Our stay was awesome. The Front Desk Clerk (when we checked in) was totally awesome (can't remember her name). Her recommendations were perfect and the staff was very nice. Our condo was "clean" and the smell was very refreshing!

Excellent apartment. Very clean and updated. The only downside is that there was no parking on the property. Had to park across the street. Overall very happy.
