Pros:

Friendly and informative check in, amazing amenities- fire pit, bar, kitchen, gear shop. Poolside is clean, free towels, games and picnic area. Rooms are spacious have all you need and ours opened on to a lovely garden and picnic area with the pool opposite.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was ideal, surrounded by the nature. The room was very spacious with plenty of space for the luggage. Bed was comfy too. I like that you have a small patio with tables and chairs. It's cozy! The bathroom was great too with good water pressure. Staff was very kind and attentive.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned had a broken AC but they quickly found us another one with working AC.

Modern, großes Zimmer, direkt parken vor der Zimmertüre, schöner Pool, nette Begrüßung beim Einchecken, sauber

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig- wenn man laute Zimmernachbarn hat (wie bei uns) lässt es sich in der Früh nicht lange schlafen

Pros:

Our room was very spacious, clean and stylish, and the beds were comfortable. The amenities in the complex were great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We liked the location as well, as it is a short ride from the park entrance. All in all it was a really good experience!.

Cons:

The only criticism I have is that in the week before our trip I tried many times to contact the hotel (by phone, via email and via booking) to get the answer to a question I had and I never heard back. The staff on-site was very responsive though. If anyone is wondering, they do have a pack-and-play, even though it doesn't say so on Booking!
