I could hear the neighbors (on one side) all night. The wall seemed yo be thin.

I was threatened by a a couple and when I brought it up to the manager Latasha Woods. She dismissed it and made I leave the hotel because the woman was actually a man. She is also transgender; so she became very defensive. I didn't know until she was so aggressive with her tone and vernacular. She has also called I the male homosexual word which is illegal and highly unprofessional. She would not issue a refund for my last two days. I asked her very calmly and nicely for a refund and she said no to be spiteful.

Management was horrible. The lady disrespectful and rude manager. That's who she said she was. Her badge said she was

When we arrived we were told our reservation had been cancelled because my credit card had not gone through. They said they had tried to contact me 3 times. This may or may not be true (I have a non-US phone number on record). However, I contacted the property on the day of our arrival, through the booking.com app, informing them about our arrival time. So they should have known of our intent to show up. When we arrived they said we should contact booking.com to find alternative accommodation. I was concerned this might take too long and that we would end up at a place much farther away. It was already around 8 pm and we really wanted to stay at this property since we were visiting family nearby the next morning. They offered us a room for 2 nights at the higher weekend rate and a different room for the next 8 days. We accepted since we were in a predicament. It was late on a Friday and we did not have a car. Lo and behold, the same credit card we had used for the reservation now went through without problem. In the end we paid around 200 dollars more than as per the booking.com reservation.

When I arrived I was told my room was no longer booked because the card declined and I was charged for the room on the same card.

Did not feel welcomed

The rooms were falling apart. The fridge wasn't working, and one of the rooms was dirty and smelled bad.

Clean it was not and it won't be long before the roaches coming marching in.
