DÉCEVANT et pas au niveau.
Un bel endroit mais cela ne suffit pas pour justifier le prix et afficher réellement 5 étoiles. ( départ à 11h)
Un grand merci à la jeune femme du petit déjeuner ( désolé je n’ai pas son prénom) et à Lori de l’accueil qui sont de véritables professionnelles de l’hôtellerie.
il y a une bonne literie mais aucune insonorisation, les finitions laissent à désirer alors que l’hôtel à moins d’un an ( baie qui ne ferme pas, marche cassée, pommeau de douche digne d’un camping, rideau pour séparer la chambre de la salle de bain, etc …) Pénible et Dommage surtout en restant plusieurs nuits et en réservant deux chambres. Toutes les deux avec des problèmes différents.

Pros:

Un bel endroit, un service et un personnel très agréables. L'accès au spa (hamman, sauna et piscine chauffée) étaient inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Nous en avons profité, sans pouvoir évaluer l'éco-responsabilité de ce type d'équipements. Propreté parfaite pour une chambre "Prestige" relativement petite en taille, avec une très jolie vue sur la montagne. Quelques bémols, pour un établissement 5 étoiles, à ce prix : une salle d'eau isolée par un simple rideau et des toilettes toute petites, mal séparées de la chambre par une cloison coulissante. L'isolation acoustique entre les chambres pourrait être améliorée. Nous entendions trop bien la télévision dans la chambre voisine. Heureusement notre voisin s'est assez vite lassé de son film d'horreur, agrémenté de hurlements épouvantables! Par ailleurs l'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la ville mais au calme. Globalement donc un excellent séjour.
