Appart'city Paris Collection Paris Roissy CDG Airport

While we liked the hotel a lot, it seems the front check-in staff decided that even though we called ahead of time for r/t transfers to and from the airport, they were not going to oblige us. I was told that there are no transfers from the airport at 8:15 am to the hotel even though the website says there is. Finally on the morning of our departure we were told to be downstairs at 7:55 am to get our 8:00 am ride to the airport, when we got there, the same gentleman says we cannot go until 8:30 am. He also noted that we would be dropped off at terminal 2 only even though our flight was in terminal 1. So, while this property is ok to sleep at, I will NEVER return after being treated the way we were.

All stay was very good. The airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel did not arrive.

It was way better than some of the hotels I have been to in all Europe

Within walking distance to a little village. Very nice hotel.

The room was perfect for our family stay. Great location for getting the train from CDG airport into Paris, and for a visit up to Parc Asterix.
There was an issue with a blocked shower tray when we first arrived, which lead to a flood on the floor, but once highlighted it was resolved quickly.

Everything was perfect from the friendly helpful check-in at 11pm, to the friendly shuttle to the airport in the morning. The rooms are very nice and quiet.

The hotel needs improvements - floor in the elevator is falling apart, footboard on the base of the room door is falling apart. Smell from the sewer in the bathroom was unbearable. But the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I rate also based on pricing, which was very good. The room is clean, quite, not big, but enough for a short stay (we needed a place close to CDG). There is a veriaty in breakfast, but couldn't find much I liked, might be more personal thing. Uber from and to CDG is $15, short drive.

What a great, modern place! It’s near to the airport, which is the reason for our one night stay, but our room was so cool that the kids wanted to stay longer.

Good hotel and clean rooms.
Bank beds are not safe for kids.

Cheaters !!! We r a muslum and when we buy the morning breakfast after we bought the women who work she said no no nothing halal and there was a lot of food halal and they didnt get back our money and they cheat on us by the city taxes they let us buy 16,5 eur for each prson and when we went to other hotel they said its never become above then 5 eur !!! Very bad and never visit again

Property was an excellent choice for our group of 8. The only confusion was why were we split it two when boarding the shuttle to the airport while the minivan was big enough to fit us all.
