Parfait. Bon accueil. Parking fermé. Très calme et literie très confortable. Bon petit déjeuner mais les oeufs brouillés pourraient être cuits normalement et pas tellement trop cuit☺️.

We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable.

No fridge, no safe. Very little food or grocery near the hotel. Hotel very new and very clean. Very good staff

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Hotel e da mesma forma que da primeira, fomos muito bem recepcionados.
O Hotel tem um ótimo café da manhã, estacionamento próprio e tem duas linhas de ônibus próximas que podem ser utilizadas para deslocamento ao centro de Caen!
Este hotel é uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Caen e Eprom!

Udvalget til morgenmaden var ikke stort men, man kunne blive mæt.

The hotel was easy to find, staff were very friendly, room was clean. A/C worked great!
On the not-so-great side, only 2 pillows on bed. No extra pillows available in room. Mattress was hard. I had truly hoped for better based on reviews from others. Breakfast was not great. Free yes, but not really great in terms of choices or taste.

Overall, I’d stay again but bring my own pillows and buy snacks.

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and went out of their way to make me, as a disabled traveller, very comfortable. I would party like to thank Valentin and Adelle for their helpfulness. The room accessibility was also very good.

Valentin & Adelie were both amazing! Valentin at check in was so nice, went above & beyond, recommended an amazing restaurant on the beach not far away; Adelie provided lovely service - both were so friendly making our stay perfect! I cannot say enough good things about the 2 of them!! Highly recommend this hotel!

Bel hôtel tout neuf. Bon confort des chambres et des lits. Dommage qu'on entende les portes claquer sinon bien insonorisé. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix sucré sale, mais au moment du rush les places manquent et qq plats sont vides, mais néanmoins vite remis. Bien place pour se rendre rapidement a la mer et au centre de Caen.Très bonne expérience dans l'ensemble
