Très bonne insonorisation depuis le couloir et la rue mais moyenne entre les chambres. Établissement bien situé bien que peu évident à trouver sans accès à une carte. Équipements fonctionnels et confortables. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le manque d'insonorisation et d'imperméabilité : l'insonorisation vers le couloir et l'extérieur est bonne mais pas entre les chambres. A mon arrivée, le couloir et l'entrée de la chambre sentaient très fort la nourriture et j'ai senti également l'odeur de cigarette d'un voisin depuis la salle de bain.

The location is extraordinary, very close to Busan station, which allows you to use public transport (train, metro and bus) everywhere. For those who like games, the hotel is top. I recommend it!
It was a good location. Had everything we needed and the staff was helpful.
The towels were little. They didn't have big ones.

It took me a while to find the location as Gmaps does not provide walking directions in South Korea. It is actually located a short walk to subway entrances along the main road. I find it amusing from reviews on Booking.com the trivial things people moan about. Yes, Shire Hotel is a gaming hotel & room photos support this.
My room was spacious and clean. Everything worked fine. I used the gaming bench to place things as there was little bench space. My bed had clean linens and afforded me a comfortable sleep. The bathroom had resonable hot water & water pressure.

They advertised it as the best gaming hotel and I do not have any reason to doubt it.
For gamers, it might be a paradise. I don't have much understanding in gaming but the equipment in the rooms looks decent enough. However, if you are looking for a simple nice, clean, well-maintained hotel, the photos can be very misleading.
The location is great—it is a 5-minute walk from Busan station, and it is well situated to see the main attractions Busan has to offer.
Overall we had a pleasant enough experience but then we expected much more from the photos the listing shows and did not have the feeling we were handed a clean room.
The room was not clean and the bathroom floor was always wet (from drainage overflow?)

This place was filthy and run-down. It seemed like a one star hotel. Found 2 cockroaches in the lobby and lobby bathroom. There was an unhealthy amount of mold in our room. There were at least 5 hair in each of the beds so I’m not even sure if the sheets and pillowcases were washed. To all the people that said this place was clean, do you even know what clean is? One of beds also didn’t have a mattress protector so you can actually see the mattress because the sheets are so thin. 4 hand towels provided but no bath towels or maybe they see them as bath towels? Room smells strongly of cigarettes. Wifi speed was just 90 mbps.. Way too slow to be selling itself as a hotel for gamers. I went to a café in Gamcheon Village with 400 mbps, my hotel in Gyeongju had 430 mbps and even the free public wifi in Gyeongju was 250 mbps. Not to mention the “gaming PCs” were extremely slow.
Could have been cleaner.
