Pros:

주차공간은 믾으나 주차하려면 찾아헤메야하는 단점이 있음. 청소는 되어있으나 전 숙박자가 김치찌개를 먹었는지 냄새가 쉽게 빠지지않음. 주변에 술집이 많이 고성방가가 새벽까지 들림. 문을 닫고 자야함.

Pros:

Property was clean and filled with amenities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were several shops nearby and many kinds of restaurants open late. The main issue was transport. It was nearly impossible to get taxis to/from Goyang & Kintex.

Pros:

전반적으로 청결이 좋았으며 외부 소음이 없어서 더 좋고요 근데 침대 주변에[ 전기콘센트가 없는지 부엌에서 충전했어요 주변에 먹거리가 다양해서 술한잔 했어요

It was decently clean and although it promised daily cleaning they just left a bag of towels and water bottles. It was still nice though, but wish they had someone come in and done some cleaning.

이 금액의 경우 나는 가까운 시에나 호텔을 이용하는것이 더 좋을듯합니다.
조금 이른 체크인의 경우 시간당 만원씩 추가가 되며, 추가 차량 주차비를 1,5천원을 더 지불해야하며, 아침 식사 비용까지 포함한경우 가성비가 떨어지는 호텔입니다.

Overall area accessibility excellent rooms mostly loft set up limits clients to younger ones not safe for elders with steep stairs robes and towels only one (large) we’re 2 also worn out there’s even a hole in one( rug like) and no cleaning offer till ck out we stayed there for 9 days

많이 보이던 후기와 다르게 1층에 침대 2층에 테이블이 있어서 2층은 사용하지 않았습니다. 호텔이라기보다는 복층오피스텔을 대여해 사용하는 것에 더 가까운 것 같고 실제 거주하는 분들도 많은 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 깔끔하고 무난합니다. 가격이 저렴하다면 가볼만한 숙소. 공원뷰 반대편은 멀리 산이 보이는데 해뜰때 뷰는 괜찮아요.

청소 청결 상태 매우불량
Pros:

복층계단에 머리카락이 엄청 떨어져있고,화장실은 막혀있어서 용변등 사용불가하였고,복층 배드이불을 성의없이 대충해놓은듯한 듯.....여하튼 매우불편하였어요....ㅋㅋ
