가성비, 청결, 해안 옆 최고
Pros:

해변이 숙소 옆이라 편하고 좋았어요
아쉬운 점은 주차장이 협소하고
주변 맛집이 별로 없어 좀 더 주변상권이 개발되었으면 합니다
호텔은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다

Pros:

Clean room once we check in. Wash machine looks cool but no detergent available that I disappointed, not able to wash dirty clothes. Sunrise is beautiful at 5:03 AM on the Sokcho beach that day. On the second day, the weather looks gloomy, rain and cloudy without sunrise. (Jun 24 clear day and Jun 25 cloudy day). Except not provide packet decaf coffee instead expresso, too strong. Otherwise we enjoy staying here. Bus transportation is good to Seoraksan National Park - not all trails to take - only one trail that take us to see Biseondae Rock 3.2 km from the visitor center.

가족들이랑 여행 갔는데 너무 좋았어요 생각보다 숙소도 넓고 깨끗했어요 위치가 진짜 좋고 전망도 너무 좋았습니다.주차는 건물안에 공간이 많이 없어서 그냥 바로 옆 공영주차장에 주차하시면 돼용!!안에 드라이기 세탁세제도 있어서 너무 편리했어요 5명이라 인원추가해서 침구도 받았는데 이불이랑 얇은매트도 있어서 편리했어요

Pros:

Studio Partial Ocean - comfortable stay for 3 nights. Location - 10 mins walk away with a luggage from Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. Safe for solo travelers. Room - was quiet and has balcony with a view of Sokcho Beach on the 14th floor. Water pressure is not as strong as I would like. Convenience stores are within the vicinity. Walking distance to Sokcho Beach. Check-in and check-out are all digital from your own phone. Bonus - The room is equipped with washing machine, microwave and basic cooking ware with cutlery.

Location ideale arrivando al Bus terminal da Seoul. A pochi passi la spiaggia che su vedeva al nostro balcone. Pulizia doccia non eccelsa. Spazi grandi e più che adeguati.

잘 안되서 옆방소리가 다들림..; 주말엔 주차장자리없음 외부유료주차장 이용해야한다고함; 근처 다이닝옵션 해변위치는 좋음

Pros:

Easy self check-in with clear instructions. Nice clean place and easy to move around as it is located by the beach and near bus station. Our apartment has a beautiful sea view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Convenient stores and eateries are within close proximity. Would highly recommend!

Super close to the express bus terminal and beach. Studio apartment so it had everything I needed, including laundry and a small kitchenette. I wouldn't bring a large suitcase as it's a small apartment - they do have luggage storage downstairs. Communication was a bit difficult (English isnt great and there's no one on site) but I didn't have any trouble checking in (just make sure you do the registration beforehand!)

Pros:

This property was an ideal base for us to explore Sokcho and the stunning national park of Seoraksan. It had all we needed for us cook and do washing. It even had a little balcony with a sea view.

고층 바다 전망이라 너무 좋았어요. 주방시설도 있고 거실과 방이 따로 분리 된 형태라서 더 좋았어요. 편의시설 식당도 바로 걸어 나가면 있어서 편리하고 좋았습니다.
다만 거실 탁자가 안 닦은것처럼 끈적거려서 청소는 조금 더 신경써 주시면 좋겠어요. 위치와 전망은 정말 끝내줍니다. 강추합니다.

가격대비 해변가 바로 앞 오션뷰에 시설이며 깔끔해서 좋았어요! 비대면 체크인아웃인데 상담사 연결 및 소통이 빠르게 잘되서 또 이용할것같아요!
조금 아쉬운 점은 방충망만 새로 교체가 되었으면 좋겠어요~ 뜯어진곳이 많아서.. 문열고 환기며 바닷소리 듣고 싶었는데 벌레 들어올까봐.. 못 열어서 아쉬워요.
가성비 숙소로는 굿!
