إقامة ممتازة ومريحة، تميزت بالغرف الواسعة والموقع الرائع وتعاون الموظفين الاستثنائي، خصوصًا في التعامل مع الأمتعة وتسهيل

الفندق ممتاز جدًا من حيث المساحة؛ فالغرف واسعة ومريحة، وكانت مناسبة جدًا لنا خصوصًا في الأيام الأخيرة من الرحلة، حيث ساعدتنا المساحة على ترتيب وتنظيم العدد الكبير من الحقائب قبل السفر.

كان تعاون الموظفين رائعًا، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالأمتعة؛ فقد استقبلوا حقائبنا مبكرًا منذ حوالي الساعة العاشرة صباحًا واحتفظوا بها لنا، كما قاموا بحفظ جزء منها في فرعهم الآخر في ميونغ دونغ. كذلك تعاونوا معنا بشكل كبير في ترتيب الدخول المبكر. الموظفون بشكل عام ودودون للغاية ومتعاونون، وكان تعاملهم الراقي من أبرز إيجابيات الإقامة.

موقع الفندق رائع، ويبعد عن المنطقة الحيوية والتجمعات الرئيسية في ميونغ دونغ حوالي 6–8 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام. كما تتوفر حول الفندق مجموعة متنوعة من المطاعم، بما فيها مطاعم حلال، وهو ما كان مريحًا جدًا بالنسبة لنا

Cons:

لا يوفر الفندق بعض المستلزمات الأساسية مثل فرشاة ومعجون الأسنان، وكذلك الشاي والسكر، وكنا نتمنى توفرها ضمن تجهيزات الغرفة. كما لا توجد مكواة داخل الغرفة، وقد كنا بحاجة إليها خصوصًا قبل السفر.

كذلك لم يكن نظام التكييف مريحًا بالشكل الكافي أثناء النوم، وكان من الصعب الحفاظ على درجة حرارة مريحة وثابتة طوال الليل

Pros:

Het uitzicht, de airco, gratis parkeervoorzieningen.

Cons:

We verbleven ook in Seoul bij UH suite en er is een duidelijk verschil in kwaliteit. Deze locatie viel voor ons tegen. Het was meer gedateerd en de standaard voorzieningen zaten er niet standaard bij, maar nadat we er naar vroegen bij de receptie werd t wel geregeld. We kregen oude pannen zonder borden of andere voorzieningen. Dat was jammer.

第一天入住時就發現床旁有果蠅當下沒有想太多，絕對飯店難免有這些很正常，所以也沒有反應這個狀況，第二天回飯店後就發現浴缸的旁邊有一隻蟑螂爬在浴巾旁邊，後來第三天馬桶又故障無法沖水，客房人員說要馬上進行大掃除第四天晚上回房間後明顯感覺是有來整理

地點還可以
但距離熱鬧市區步行會需要距離

Cons:

衛生實在不太好⋯

Pros:

The room itself is really beautiful and clean. The location is excellent—close to bus and train stations, yet quiet. It is also very central, right next to a mall and food stalls; a truly amazing experience, and the bath is really nice. (:

Cons:

It does take half an hour for the bathtub to fill up, and another half hour to empty

Great space, roomy and very clean. The building was ok.
Pros:

The location. You cannot beat the location.

Cons:

The entrance into the building. It was smelled and was a bit dirty. You can’t really help that it’s in a location that is busy with a pub, coffee shops and restaurants all around it.

Pros:

Très beau logement, idéalement situé pour visiter Séoul. L'emplacement est parfait, avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants et transports à proximité.
L'appartement est très joli, propre et bien aménagé. Malgré le quartier très animé, il est très bien isolé, ce qui permet de passer des nuits au calme.
Je recommande sans hésiter !

Great location, but not so great room!
Pros:

The location was the selling point and the cleaning staff was good!

Cons:

The bath tub was in the middle of the room, so it wasn’t very comfortable. The bath stopper was leaking a bit, so there was always water running. There also was an emergency light always on that kept light in the room even at night.

Value for money stay at very accessible location but don’t expect to use the kitchenette. Buy in or eat out!
Pros:

Beds are comfy. Toilet is clean. Location is superb with plenty of food options.

Cons:

Kitchen Amenities is lacking. No mugs for hot drinks. No sponge or cleaning cloth.

Excellent space for a family of 4
Pros:

The private suite was spacious. Love the that it had two toilets. The wonderful spa bath was a great feature. Thankful for the laundry service (wash and fold). Amenities around the area was great with a convenience store to purchase milk, eggs etc. There were plenty of eateries right next to the hotel/apartment. A cafe was just opposite.

Cons:

The carpet started to smell abit funky.

Un excellent séjour, alliant confort, calme et service de qualité !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet établissement. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, en plein centre-ville, tout en restant dans un environnement calme. Il est parfaitement situé et permet d'accéder facilement aux principaux points d'intérêt, que ce soit à pied ou en taxi. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et attentionné. La réception a été très aimable et toujours prête à nous aider, notamment pour la réservation de restaurants ou pour toute autre demande. Je n'ai que des compliments à faire sur cet hôtel et j'y ai passé un excellent séjour.
