Auf den ersten Blick wow, aber grössere Abstriche
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und täglich wurden die Handtücher gewechselt und frisches Wasser bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Laute Nachbarschaft (Bars direkt unterhalb, Zimmer 301) und die Fenster sind überhaupt nicht Schalldicht. Bis mindestens 01:00am ist schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel (selber mitbringen!) nicht möglich.

Befüllen des „Pools“ dauert etwa 1 Stunde. Das lauwarme Wasser tröpfelt nur so vor sich hin - Heisses Wasser gibt es nicht. Wir im Bad die Hände gewachsen, läuft gar kein Wasser mehr ein. Wasserdruck absolut ungenügend.

Fantastic hotel for a very comfortable stay
Pros:

The room exceeded our expectations in size and comfort, and the balcony spa was wonderful and private. The location was perfect, close to convenience stores, some fantastic breakfast options (go to Bitter Butter, you won't regret it) and City Hall station. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

Cons:

We couldn't get the rainfall showerhead to work, but the other showerhead was functional so it did not impact us much. We arrived early, but there were no staff at reception to drop our bags to, and we had difficulty contacting them to advise.

La literie, la taille de la chambre et l’emplacement géographique

Cons:

Il faisait froid dans la chambre même après avoir demandé à l’agent d’entretien de nous régler le thermostat et dans la salle de bain il faisait encore plus froid. La porte de la douche se fermait pas bien et il y avait souvent de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain

Enjoyable stay with spacious layout. Would definitely go back to UH apartments next time we are in Korea.
Pros:

Location was wonderful, a short walk to the metro line and the underground walkway led us all the way to Myeongdong Food Street. Surrounded by eateries and cafe, including Khanbu Chicken just next to it and A Twosome Place opposite it. Furniture was clean and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and responsive. We arrived early, left our luggage with them while we explored. Gave clear instructions for us to retrieve our key card as we did not return after their work hours.

Cons:

Had some issues turning on the TV as the buttons only had Korean words written on it. Otherwise, all is wonderful.

Clean and spacious, perfect for small families.
Pros:

Pleasant surprise when we checked in - we had a private lift and the scented candle was already burning hence the room smells nice and welcoming. Communication with the staff via whatsapp is prompt and they kindly arranged a van for us at a fee slightly cheaper compared to booking taxi to the airport. The room is also clean and spacious with 2 toilets. The spa was outside the room, we only managed to soak our legs for a short while in winter! Tons of dining options below the hotel and conveniently located.

Cons:

Will be great if the kitchen can come with a pair of scissors and more trash bags.

Pros:

Lovely room that's spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat around. My only complaint would be the street noise on the weekend. Not too bad if you sleep late.

Pros:

Plunge pool in the room, what's not to like! Very comfortable room overall with responsive and respectful staff. Bonus points for providing one off free laundry service at less than 24h turnaround. Although being incredibly centrally located (really close to metro line 1), there was very minimal noise from street level.

Cons:

Filling up the pool took ~30min and subsequent draining was quite noisy.
