Pros:

A really central and convenient location. Can be a little loud in the evenings, but nothing too disruptive. Personally thought there was some room for improvement in the cleanliness department - particularly around the entry way of the unit (note: the unit is carpeted). The room was spacious and nicely furnished - the mattress was VERY firm. There was a very strong sewage smell coming from the washroom drain, keeping the washroom door closed helped. Overall, an excellent value for the price.
