Pros:

Morgens mit Blick aufs Wasser aufzuwachen war einfach nur schön.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Reinigungspersonal sehr aufmerksam. Jeden Tag wenn ich von meiner Tour zurück kam war wieder alles Tip top.
Auch der Wäscheservice hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Beim Frühstück war für jeden was dabei, wenn auch einfach.

Low standard for the price and the stars

Good position

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, we found hairs on the robes provided in the room. The air con could not be shifted in direction and was position directly on the bed (we had a 5months old baby with us). We also had to check out before 7 am (breakfast time) and asked if it was possible to have some breakfast delivered at the room or as take away at the reception since we paid for it and they said no without offering any kind of solution or refund.

Room is clean however the overall facilities and amenities does not meet expectations of a 4 star hotel

Beachfront view

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was not of the standard expected of a 4 star hotel. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Rooms only included 1 pillow per person which is extremely odd for a 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Nice location straight on the Songdo beach. We have room with terase in 19. Floor, So the view was amazing

Cons:

Breakfast was good, many options but i missed some cheese or ham. But it is normal in Korean hotels, i missed it in every hotel 😄

Bathroom-very nice, bed-really comfortable,view, close to the beach.

Cons:

No chair on the balcony. Not enough hangers in the closet.
