飯店很乾淨！提供服務很好！飯店對面剛好有機場巴士可以直達仁川機場，但如果是坐地鐵，我們4/2-4/6去的時候電扶梯剛好在維修，有幾層是要搬行李上電梯的！其他都很棒！
Resepsiyonda çalışan Türk bir kişi sayesinde detaylı bilgi alabildik. Kendisi bize yardımcı oldu. Odalar temizdi hijyenle ilgili sorun yaşamadık
Konumu kötüydü, internetten baktığımda iyi bir yer olduğunu umuyordum ama gittiğimde gördüm ki çok iyi bir yer değildi. Fiyat performans dengesi çok kötüydü ciddi anlamda yüksek bir rakam verdim ancak kesinlikle değen bir Hotel değildi. Camlar yüksekte olduğu için dışarısını izlemekte sorun yaşadık.

部屋もすごく綺麗で、ベットにコンセント部分があるのは個人的にすごく嬉しかったです。USBケーブルのままさせるし、洗面所の所は日本のコンセントのまま使えます❕変換プラグ無くても全然大丈夫でした!!

We had a great stay at JD Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our visit.
We accidentally lost our baby lamb stuffed toy in the room after housekeeping, and we think it may have been wrapped up in the bedding during cleaning without being noticed. The staff responded quickly and were very helpful, communicating clearly in both Japanese and English. Thankfully, they were able to find our stuffed toy, which made us so happy!
I just wish we had gotten the staff member’s name so we could thank her personally, she was truly wonderful.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I especially loved the room fragrance. It always lifted my mood every time I entered the lobby!
