Overall happy but it does need to improve
Pros:

The location and big comfortable beds

Cons:

The floors needed a vacuum (the hallways were disgustingly dirty) and we also found some lolly wrappers under the bed

Tolle Lage, jedes Zimmer mit Meerblick
Pros:

Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön und die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer perfekt. Zwischen Hotel und Strand gibt es einen wunderbaren Pinienwald mit tollen Spazierwegen. Das ruhige Zimmer ist sehr gross und hell, das Bett bequem, es hat eine Küchenecke (kochen darf man jedoch nicht), einen grossen Kühlschrank und alles sonst, was man braucht.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, mit dem Englisch happert es wie überall in Korea.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut, das Zimmer ist überteuert, die Unterkunft hat wohl schon bessere Tage gesehen, sie ist ungepflegt und abgenutzt, die Lobby und das Zimmer waren nicht besonders sauber, Staub, schwarze Haare im Bad (ich bin blond), die Mikrowelle in der Lobby aussen so schmutzig, dass ich es kaum wagte, das Türchen zu berühren und zu öffnen. Die Steckdosen innen total verschmutzt, Türe Fettflecken von Händen, Wände schmutzig und der Teppich im Flur sowieso.
Ich frage mich, ob die Lichtschalter etc. desinfiziert oder wenigstens abgewischt werden bevor ein neuer Gast einzieht. Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt, das ist io, sie sollten aber gründlich gereinigt werden, wenn ein Gast geht.
Das Restaurant gab es wohl früher einmal, jetzt existiert es nicht mehr und Frühstück ist nicht möglich.

Pros:

5m to the cafe across and 30m to the beach - it doesn't get better if you like to view over the ocean. Bus stop 5min away, start of Anmok Coffee street as well.

A trip to Gangneum
Pros:

Proximity to the sea side, the room was with view to the seaside and at dawn it was amazing. We had twin bed, and they were comfortable. The Café adjacent to the hotel is excellent for breakfast. Taxi to and from the hotel is really convenient.

Cons:

At the moment all around there are construction sites, and the only convenience store located below the main hotel building is permanently closed. Cafes and restaurant street is down the promenade 15 min walk and they open late.

Pros:

The hotel is an easy and scenic walk from Anmok beach and just across the street from the coast itself. The only issue I had was the large bright green exit light in my room that lit up the whole room at night like an eerie alien movie. If you're sensitive to light when your trying to sleep, it will definitely givw you problems.

Pros:

Мне понравилась девушка администратор, которая работает на стойке. Она очень вежливая и все мне объяснила, а так же помогла с вещами. Очень красивый вид и хорошее расположение для тихого отдыха. Пляж тоже довольно удобный и подходит для расслабления.

Cons:

Ужасно грубые мужчины администраторы, которые работают вечером. Они будто надсмехались надо мной, что я дурочка и не понимаю (хотя я прекрасно говорю по корейски) , что у них идёт в номере каждому гостю только по 2 полотенца (дополнительно платно), зубные щётки тоже платные. За год своего существования отель сильно устал - все в номере какое-то потрепаное, местами ржавое и во многих местах есть плесень.

Just the right casual and comfortable getaway
Pros:

Perfect quiet location across from the beach and adjacent narrow strip of pines, yet just a 5-minute walk to Anmok Beach and Coffee Street with its coffee shops and bakeries. The hotel is modern, clean and offers sea views from some rooms for a modest rate premium.

Cons:

Some room tech needs attention such as faulty light switches, unreliable wi-fi equipment and air conditioning with a mind of its own, but eventually I managed to come to terms with it all.
