Personale disponibile e cordiale, pulizia top e la nostra camera grande e molto confortevole.
Pros:

Colazione molto buona, ma non varia. Mi sono adattata a ciò che era presente al buffet ma abbastanza scarso.
Per quello che vale le stelle dell’hotel ed il lusso, mi aspettavo molto di più.

Cons:

Migliorerei la quantità e la varietà della colazione.

The best Hotel we stayed in our six week holiday in Italy
Pros:

Everything. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were what makes this hotel a step above other hotels. They were fantastic! Gioia at the front counter was so helpful! We loved how clean the entire hotel was including our room which was cleaned twice a day!! The reception staff were the best!! Thank you Gioia and Klajdi!! You were so helpful! The best stay we have had in our six week holiday in Italy! The location is fantastic too, just a few minutes walk to the main area with restaurants and shops.

Pros:

Accueil très professionnel, emplacement idéal proche de tout mais au calme, Rooftop sympa, chambre fonctionnelles et petit déjeuner génial. Nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation de notre chambre et le personnel a très bien réagit et nous a trouvé une solution

Hotel situé proche de la vielle ville et sans les inconvénients d’être au coeur de la ville.
Petit déjeuner excellent, espace detente autour de la piscine tres sympa, personnel au petits soins.

Nice stay
Pros:

Room was comfortable and good size. Staff were lovely and helpful. I really liked being able to chat immediately with them by WhatsApp. It was also a bonus that my daughter had her own room that connected to ours, so she wasn’t on a tiny bed in the corner of our room, which happens often. Location was great, few minutes from the old town, however, it’s not a nice walk as soon as we leave the hotel, view is only nice from the rooftop, which has a lovely little pool, chairs, and a small gym. The spa is also lovely. I do recommend making the time to use it and also the treatments are very reasonable priced.

Cons:

For us the place wasn’t excellent because the air con was very noisy, and in my daughter’s room it didn’t really work as well. The beds were a little too hard for us (I do understand that’s personal preference) and every morning when we arrived for breakfast (around 8:30am) the eggs were already too cold, I’m not sure why they didn’t use those heater trays properly. Also bar menu is very limited. Would be good if they added a few more kids’ friendly options to the menu.

Perfect October stay at convenient and well-equipped hotel
Pros:

Modern and fresh hotel with perfect position right between the new and old town centres of Gallipoli. Serviceminded staff and nice facilities with rooftop sun-terrace and little pool (though too cold for an October dip…). Buffet breakfast all good, tasty homebaked pastries stood out. Convenient parking for the car in-house and a surprisingly fantastic massage in the hotel spa.

Cons:

Interior design in common areas not modern enough to be exciting, but compensated by all positives.
