Heel schoon en modern hotel op 5 minuten lopen van historisch Gallipoli
Pros:

Hotel was heel schoon met moderne inrichting. Otbijt meer dan goed. Locatie is op een paar minuten lopen van het historisch centrum.

Cons:

Geen minpunten. Als je een strand met een beach club wil neem dan de hotel shuttle. Anders is het te ver lopen.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

De luxe van het hotel met een zeer riante ligging om het oude gedeelte te bereiken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt met goede service. Verder hadden wij een prachtige moderne kamer die bijzonder schoon is.
Onze complimenten, een echte aanrader.

Pros:

The location is great (quiet street near the sea and Old Town) and the staff are polite, but that’s where the good things end.

Cons:

The room was tiny, and the bathroom smelled terribly of sewage. I complained several times; they tried to fix it, but failed, and never offered a room change. The AC thermostat in the room is fake—they regulate the temperature from the front desk. It was 25°C in the room while it was 40°C outside, so sleeping was impossible. Breakfast was extremely basic with very limited choices, which is unacceptable for a 5-star property. Reception staff are sweet but completely useless at solving real issues.

The location is excellent — right next to the Old Town, on a quiet street by the sea. The reception staff are friendly, and the breakfast staff are very attentive.

Cons:

Don't let them fool you — this is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Maybe 3 stars at best. However, while the reception team is nice, they are completely powerless when it comes to solving problems.The room was small, and entering the bathroom was a nightmare because of a horrific sewage smell. I reported this issue multiple times. They tried to do something about it, but the stench remained, and nobody even offered to change my room. Furthermore, the AC thermostat in the room seems to be just for decoration. Whether to save money or for some other reason, they control the temperature from the reception. The temperature in my room never dropped below 25°C, making it impossible to sleep because of the heat, especially since it was 40°C outside. Finally, for a 5-star hotel, the breakfast selection was incredibly poor and lacked variety.

Posizione centralissima zona silenziosa con pochissimo traffico, a due passi dal borgo a tico e a due passi da corso Roma via principale di Gallipoli. Colazioni buona con ampia scelta. Buonissima organizzazione con navette per il collegamento con le spiagge .

Very comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean and modern facility with an attentive staff. Plus, they upgraded us to a beautiful suite!

Had a lovely stay for one week at Hotel Biancodonda. The hotel staff were all fantastic and most welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the old town.
Modern interiors and comfortable rooms with air con.
Great breakfast buffet with lots of options including cooked.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
Beach towels could be loaned out from hotel reception.
Rooftop terrace with lovely sunset views out to sea.

Excelente hotel con ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

El hotel es excelente. La ubicación es genial. Te ofrecen toallas para la playa y coordinar el transporte a la playa. Nuestra habitación no era buena, pero era la última disponible. Sin embargo entendemos que el resto deben ser muy lindas. Estaba impecable, moderna y muy limpia. Toallas de buena calidad. Parking ok. Muy servicial y amable todo el personal del hotel. Sin duda para quedarse varias noches.
