Traumhaft schön und stilvoll. Fantastisch guter Service. Perfekte Lage.
Gute Küche für Erwachsene, aber meiner Tochter (14) fehlte es beim Dinner an altersgerechten Speisen.
Moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Schöne Bar mit guten Drinks. Tolles Frühstück in beeindruckendem Raum. Es gibt kein Büffet, wie sonst fast allgemein üblich, sondern eine umfangreiche Frühstückskarte, aus der bestellt werden kann. Alles wird an den Tisch gebracht, was ich sehr schätze. Abholung durch zwei Mitarbeiter am Canal Grande, die zum Hotel begleiten und dabei das Gepäck tragen.
Das Hotel ist etwas unübersichtlich und verwinkelt. Zimmer können nur über das 3. OG, wo sich auch die Rezeption befindet, erreicht werden. Ebenso muss zum Verlassen des Hotel der Weg über die Rezeption in 3. OG genommen und dazu der Aufzug gewechselt werden. Der sog. Pool im 6. OG ist mehr ein zu groß geratener Whirlpool und der Raum insgesamt nicht sehr einladend. Hotel ist nicht direkt mit dem Wassertaxi erreichbar.
Dopo un inaspettato upgrade della camera, ci hanno fatto anche trovare una bella sorpresa (tortina di compleanno). Colazione quasi esagerata, non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto. Servizio impeccabile, veloce e disponibile a tutte le ore. Camera viene pulita e ordinata due volte al giorno. Phon in Camera Dyson, con accessori Dyson e beauty disponibili in prestito chiamando in reception. Piscina (vasca idromassaggio) all'ultimo piano con finestre su tutta la città e vista campanile di San Marco. Posizione centralissima. Lo consiglieremmo a chiunque per un weekend romantico nella città più bella del mondo.
i cuscini del letto (3 a testa) erano del tipo super morbido che a noi non piacciono. Se fossi rimasto un'altra notte avrei avvisato la reception chiedendone di più rigidi. Consiglierei di magari metterne di diverse consistenze in modo che il cliente possa scegliere.
