The view from the room
This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Every detail feels meticulously considered, from the stunning design and impeccable interiors to the atmosphere of understated luxury that runs throughout the property. The staff are exceptionally attentive, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel special.
We were generously upgraded to a beautiful suite, impeccably designed and incredibly comfortable. The standout detail was the honesty bar, a thoughtful touch that allowed guests to enjoy drinks and refreshments at their leisure. Even after many stays in luxury hotels around the world, this was a first for me. It felt effortless, generous, and personal, reflecting the hotel’s confidence in creating an atmosphere that feels more like being welcomed into an elegant private residence than staying in a hotel.
The location is simply perfect. Nestled on Venice’s premier luxury shopping street and just moments from Piazza San Marco, it places the very best of the city right at your doorstep. For exploring Venice on foot, I genuinely cannot imagine a better location.
For once, I genuinely have nothing negative to say.

First impressions was a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. From the red velvet seating to the glow from the candles to the book filled shelves. Cocktails are just perfect. So if you are looking for a chilled out vibe, with excellent cocktails and service, then this is the bar for you.

Хорошая команда - внимательные, аккуратные, приветливые.
Вкусный ресторанчик и хорошие завтраки а-ля карт.
Много искусства, книг, игр, консьержи предлагают программу по городу. Отличный вид с последних этажей.
Нет спортзала (я занимаюсь спортом часто, для меня это стало сюрпризом). Мало хранения в ванной - некуда поставить косметички.
И унитаз - он с сенсором. Открывается при любом движении в ванной - то еще приключение.
ארוחת הבוקר ברמה טובה מאוד. הצוות, על פי רוב, יעיל מהיר ושירותי.המיקום של המלון מרכזי מאוד נוח מאוד. הקונסיירז' יעיל ומהיר, יצרו איתנו קשר לפני ההגעה לתיאום ההגעה כי למלון אין רציף פרטי ודאגו לחוויית מעבר נהדרת. אנשי צוות חיכו ברציף וטיפלו בכבודה, היה תמיד את מי לשאול ובמי להיעזר ותמיד בחיוך וברצון. תודעת שירות גבוהה מאוד.
1. החדר הראשון שהציעו לנו היה קטן מאוד, ברמה שלא היה מקום למזוודות שלנו שלנו, ומאכזב. הצוות טיפל מעולה בנועם והציע לנו חדרים אחרים שנראו לנו יותר. 2. הקונסיירז' הזמין לי תור במספרה בקרבת המלון. הנחתי שמדובר במספרה ברמה גבוהה כיאה למלון ולרחוב בו הוא נמצא. הגעתי למקום ברמה כל כך נמוכה שקשה לתאר . רמה נמוכה של מוצרים, מגבות ישנות מרוטות ונוקשות צוות שלא ידע לכבוד. הפן הכי יקר (65 אירו) והכי גרוע שהיה לי. 3. המסעדה שהקונסיירז המליץ לנו לארוחת ערב בערב הראשון היתה מלכודת תיירים עם אוכל לא טעים, יקרה ושירות נוראי. לזכותםף הקונסיירז' אציין שלאחר ששיקפנו את תחושתו והיינו יותר חדים בהסברים שלנו, מצאו לנו מסעדות נהדרות. 4. אפשר להכין את החדר לשינה בערב באופן יותר מורגש. והיה חסר שוקולד או משהו קטן דומה על המיטה בלילה לפני השינה.
