Location is close to the subway and there are lots of amenities in the room.
Nothing to change
The staff, the location, the room, the comfort
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania, blisko marketów ulicznych Myeongdong i Namdaemun. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, czysto, codzienne sprzątanie i uzupełniana woda, kawa, herbata. Czysto, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, prasowalnica (styler) w pokoju, wygodne łóżka.
Brak zlewu w toalecie, były tylko w pokoju (dwa). Bardzo mało półek, szafek na ubrania pomimo że w pokoju były, ale większości tylko imitacje szafek. Dodatkowa opłata 11 000 wonów za każdą godzinę wcześniejszego udostępnia pokoju, opłata ta była jasno opisana w cenniku, ale w innych hotelach w Korei mogliśmy chociaż zostawić bagaże bez opłaty, tutaj nie.

They are very understanding on my booking as I have book twice on a different date.they let me stay in the same room as I continue my stay at the hotel.they always greet you when they see u with a smile and make eye contact. They book taxi for me with no extra cost using their personal phone. The hotel location was superb. Just infront of Namdaemun market and 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong(depending how fast u walk) Train station is just about 10 minutes walk(city hall station). Airport bus is just a the corner of the hotel. Restaurant is nearby. If u want to have bbq dinner behind the hotel have lots of choices. Room is great not to big not to small. There is freezer and washing machine on the room. Bed was great. A great deal to stay at the hotel.
Nothing much.
Location was good and easily accessible to nearby underpasses and locations such as Myeongdong and Lotte and Shinsegae Department Stores. It helped that there was a bus stop right in front of our hotel too. There were also a fair bit of food options right next to the hotel, such as cafe, gomtang and italian eateries.
Housekeeping could be better as floors could be hoovered better and the mirror in the bathroom was not wiped at all (there were toothpaste stains left by us). We stayed for 8 nights and I noticed the sheets weren't changed at all. Not sure if it's the hotel's policy to be more sustainable. I noticed a stain on the sheet on one of our beds which could be covered by the pillow or a towel. I thought the sheets would've been changed by the 3rd or 4th night, but it didn't happen so it was kind of a disappointment.

Really liked the set up of the room. We stayed on level 13. Has a washer so we could do laundry (dryer in the basement of hotel). Central located, easily walkable to lots of eateries and shops.
For my liking the beds were too firm and hard.
We booked for 3 people, which was too small for all of us. Would be perfect for 2
